you might want to look into registering with NOMOROBO. I have found it to be very effective with blocking out robotic calls. It will only ring once on your end and they don't get the satisfaction of annoying you.

1/31 18:20 PST Must be robo since only rang once. No ID and I don't care. At least this was only the second garbage call today, and the previous one was the dreaded private caller with no message. Unfortunately, I have a feeling since today was the end of the month, we probably got a break. Let's see what happens starting tomorrow.

Recently have been getting a call from this number (310-504-2850) just about every day. I don't pick up or answer calls from unknown numbers anymore, and these people NEVER leave a message. Clearly an illegal robo caller or solicitor.

Looks like they got me added to their list. Blocked. Still lots of room on my Panny phone :). No more cuss out sessions--all they (or their computer) hear from me is a click after the first ring.

I cannot find any reports on this number; but it would appear to be a new one for the robo callers.
