called from 3105077861 called  saying they needed to talk about getting information in a investigation

same thing with me saying there legal mediators  looking to talk to me and  need to get  information for a investigation etc this number 3105077861

Some woman called my nieces number asking for me...saying that I owed bad checks, very serious misinformation. She wasn't aware that I work for the DA office and know all about giving bad checks. This was a SCAM!!!! I have no idea how they got my nieces cell phone number????

Said it was someone from "Legal Mediators" which is a different name than others have said it seems. SCAM I'm guessing.
