Have been getting calls from this number where the man says he is a PI with a alias of Dale Smith/ alias Slim Summons?

I have been getting called by this number and saying this individual is a private detective whom was hired by a women looking for other women who where involved with her husband. it is constant both here and on the internet telling me to come to court in november and watch what happens? Has anybody else had that issue?

Same A** wipe called my house..."I understand you own a home.." I stopped him in his sentence and demanded to be removed from the calling calling list! He quickly replied, "but I know"...I objected: no no no, you don't understand anything! Just get me off the calling list! I hung up right after that!
The number seems to be from California...although based on the accent I think he was calling from a remote country hence the late call.
