THEY CALLED....VERY RUDE! WANTED TO KNOW WHO PAYS MY CELL PHONE BILL. SAIDVTHE DISTRICT ATTORNEY WAS COMING AFTER ME. I WAS CALLED A CAREER CRIMINAL.  I CONTACTED THE ORIGINAL CREDITORS WHO TOLD ME I WAS BEING SCAMMED. THEY GAVE ME THE INFO I NEEDED TO RESOVE MY SITUATION. IT IS NOT THESE PEOPLE.

Lololol all I can say is some people do recieve calls cause they have someones number who didnt pay there bills, maybe their practices are unethical but people are scumbags that feel they should not have to pay companies they recieved a loan from back, just cause you recieved a call doesnt mean you personally owe but the person they are looking for more than likely do..... bumbs!

I'm not sure where your getting information from, what you said is not entirely true. First of all, in most states post dated checks are not subject to bad check laws and therefore cannot be perused criminally. Most online payday loan lenders are not licensed and the interest rates they offer exceed most states interest cap. That in and of itself presents a problem. Another problem is, people are not given a validation of debt letter sent to them via mail which is required by law. While it may be true these are brought to court, these problems that I have identified may prove to be problematic for debt collectors who try to collect on these loans. If any one of the things identified exist, it could render the original contract unenforceable.

DO NOT FALL FOR DEE'S BALONEY!

This company is not legit. They called me back in early 2011 saying they were going to sue me, about a imagine master card I supposedly received in 2007 when I was deployed over seas. Most of the stuff the call about is past the statue of limitation and seeing how they do not own the debt they can not sue you. You are full of s#it.

This company called stated that I needed to call back it was an urgent matter and this is not a prank do not ignore this call. I have been harrassed for months by men who do not speak english and when I tried to call back they got very rude. I had to keep my since of humor and gave them so much grief back, they stopped calling. it is pinging from several different numbers from Texas, California, Pennsylvania. Now it seems to be an american but I will not fall for the scam, I guess I will give them some more grief back they are trying to give me. I also can play games.

IT IS NATIONAL CREDIT WORKS OUR OF NY.  THEY CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR A PERSON THAT DOES NOT LIVE AT OUR ADDRESS REQUESTING INFO FOR ANOTHER PERSON WHO DOES NOT LIVE AT OUR ADDRESS. Their Fax number is 757-961-5950.  When I get callls from a number who does not respect request to stop, I use the number to request information from phone sales companys as well as online colllege.

This is NCW - National Credit Works, who repeatedly has called me and my extended family members threatening to sue me, and just recently said they have a warrant out for my arrest and are going to put me in jail for 25 years.   I will be contacting an attorney to file suit against them as well as the BBB to complain and their local police to press charges for criminal harassment against the individual who made that threat.

I just received a call this number telling me that they where going to take me to court for a pay day loan taking out in 08. I told the woman that it wasn't me and asked for the last four of the social. She asked for my first, I told the woman let me have the last four or I was going to call the FBI. When she told me last four I told her wrong person. All the info the woman has was not my and to stop calling my house.

I have been getting calls from this number for a while now and my wife finally called it back and asked what it was for. They told her they were looking for my brother. I just wonder how they got my number? Kind of desperate if you ask me. Just take the loss and move on. It is just money that if my brother does owe you, you will never see anyways.

Are these the same jokers who show up on Caller ID as "Washington DC"? After receiving 8-10 phone calls a day from those idjits (who never leave a message), I finally blocked that number.....only to have this one pop up a couple of hours later. I've gotten both calls and emails from this company mentioning the name of (and threatening to sue) a

The fact that this person who called to collect a debt (who sounds like he just got this gig from the ghetto lottery, not to mention that the first person I talked to a year ago now was some bi*** named BROOKE, then some sweetheart named SAMANTHA) and he doesn't even have the audacity to use proper grammar or elegance in an attempt to collect a debt, is just ridiculous.

Don't call them, call an attorney.  I had the same problem, called my Pre-Paid Legal Service Attorney, they called the so-called collection agency at no cost to me. No more problems, no more harassment.
