this caller id showed they called at least one other.  Said something about wanting to do a home inspection for a senior citizen  (hung up on the caller).

Me too.  Got the call and did not recognized the #.  So I did a google search and saw the above comments.  So I did not call back.

Same deal, got the call on my cell phone and when I picked it up and said hello it disconnected.  Also, says the number is disconnected.

I got a call from this # at 10:30am. The caller left no voicemail. I called it back and the message said this number has been disconnected or no longer in service.

Received a call from this number, man asked for my first name and then hung up, when I said yes, that is me, they hung up. I called back, the number is disconnected.

Caller ID noted as David Tisius from 310-542-9238.  Others have noted the same experience with him.  Called back and recorded message says the line is no longer working.

This number called me today, Tuesday around 10:50 am..........Said it was David Tisius a landline phone...........probably a scammer...........they are on my call block list now.
