just called, said they were from the publishers house and by law they were to notify their contestants that they had been entered into a drawing either by phone or mail, then asked personal questions like age, what i did for a living, whether i was married or not, what prizes i wanted, and thats when i hung up. they called back and i didn't answer, but i called the number and no one answered.

Just called. Asked my name n they told me if i speaked english, and if i was working and i told them i was so she said ill just call back later. Hung up and when i try callin the number there was no answer.

Just called. I told them I wasn't here. lol Said it was urgent and that they would call back. Hung up quickly. When i called back, two minutes later, there was no answer.

They told me that I was a finalist in a drawing that my bank had submitted my name. It was obiviously a fraud. Said they wanted to send me magazines for free, usually a fraud, and told them I didnt want any!

Fraud. Informed the person on the line that we were on the do not call list. Person informed me " well, today you not and then hung up". Reported the call to authorities.
