Do not ever order from redskinsofficialnflstore.com. This is a company in China. I ordered 2 jerseys and when I received them, they were off colors and poor quality.  It has taken me 3 weeks to try to return them. They wanted me to keep the jerseys and they would refund me $50.00 I paid $210.00 total. Now that I finally got the return address after over 50 emails sent I get to pay &50.00 shipping to send them back.  They still have refused to give me the name of their company. They process jerseys for all NFL teams. Do not order anything from them or any Chinese company. Buy American!

This company sent me an email saying I ordered from them and I did not order.  They will not answer emails now thst I told them I am disputing their charges.

I ordered a Jets jersey for my boyfriend for Christmas on 11/28 (charge came from hotgauze.com). After I saw this site, I immediately called and emailed to cancel my order (within 30 minutes of making the order) and they never responded or acknowledged my request. I later received an email from Bella, and she told me they were processing my order and would send me more information soon. After many emails to her looking for more information, she told me my order was on it's way and gave me a tracking number. While tracking the package, it never seemed to go anywhere for about a week, and I emailed her about that. Finally they shipped it out, and I received it 3 weeks later. I opened the package, and was not thrilled with the look of the jersey (I had also ordered the same jersey from Amazon expecting I would never really get this one, and received them on the same day..that one was so much better I kept it). I immediately emailed Bella looking for return information. When she never responded, I called but they wouldn't give me any information and told me I had to speak to Bella (even though I told them she wouldn't respond to my emails). When she finally did she asked why I wanted to return it, I told her, and after some waiting time and more emails asking for the information, she finally gave it to me. I immediately shipped it out, and now the post office has somehow lost all information for that package. These people say they never received it, the post office has no information for my tracking number..how convenient right?! So I don't know what ever happened to the jersey, and I never got a refund. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I ordered from patriotsjerseysportstore.com and now I am reading all of this and I think I may have been scammed. I did get an email from Bella that they got my order and that it will be shipped. I looked at the website and it said the same thing,but now I am not sure!!! What should I do

I ordered a jersey from nflpatriotsproshop.com on 12/8/2011 and was charged from hotgauze.com which made me suspicious. I looked at sites like this and figured I had been scammed. They didn't respond to e-mails, etc. I sent a rude and nasty e-mail to them just to feel better and wrote the experience off as a lesson learned.

On 12/28, I received an e-mail from them saying my order had been shipped. It was from this Bella that was mentioned in your post. Today is 1/5/2012 and I'm looking at my jersey I ordered. Seems good quality. I am absolutely SHOCKED. It was shipped from China by Shanghai Yu Zhi Li Trading Company.
The whole thing still seems odd, and I would NEVER order from them again, just thought I'd let you know my experience. I hope it turns out okay for you. Good Luck.

I ordered my son a Patriots jersey on 12/12. The company sent me a confirm link from http://www.nflpatriotsproshop.com. When I clicked on the link it wasn't a real site! My account was charged for the shirt then a separate charge for $2.70. The charge came from Bejing and the phone number I found for the company was NJ. I called and spoke to Bella at hot gauze (this is who the charge for the shirt was from), she guaranteed me on 12/19 that we would have this order in for my son's Christmas gift. Well here it is Christmas Eve and we have no gift for him. I have called several times and all the calls are going to voice mail. I have not received a call back. I have my bank working on this for me too.

This is a SCAM website...DONT order anything from them!! I am surprised that they are still up and running.

Actually, this phone number is associated with the hundreds of scam websites and Chinnese companies that have not products to sell but are tkaing in Millions of dollars a month on unsuspecting customers

i thought that this phone number is special to me ,  i usually talk with anndi  about my order , this is the customer service number .

the quality of the jersey is good, and i was very satisfied with the customer service . i have no idea why there are so many people that  havent got reply, i called them 3 times ,there is only one time that onbody there. i think i am lucky .but i like the jerseys i got.

i just wanted to say that I  received my order from  www.wholesalechinacenter.com   yesterday and I am very satisfied with my Jersey. they didnt reply me by the emails but the phone . i am very glad.

We ordered 35 jerseys from the underjersey.com website for a bunch of people at work @ $19.99 each They called me to inform me that a couple of the jerseys were not in stock and I provided substitution items.  Order was received within 10 days in 2 seperate shipments.  I got everything I ordered.  They called me to confirm that I received the jerseys and that I was happy with them.  

I was pleased with the jerseys.  All MLB and NFL jerseys were hand stitched.  Not TOP quality, but better than the iron on Jerseys you see at the major dept. stores.  Soccer (futbal) jerseys even came with matching shorts.

we do like the jersey  from  this website, i think the number come  from the website. i never call this company . but they called me at first when my payment was failed. i think i was in the loop on this fullment of this order.

I ordered from this site at the end of January and they sent an email, thanking me for my order with the promise of a tracking number. I never heard back and tried calling/emailing numerous times. Tonight, I received an email from the company saying that they had a spring festival and have been very busy, and apologize that my order was not sent out and that they did not reply. They said they sent out my order so I "should not worry." i guess we will see what happens....

The complete wrong order and plus didn't even receive a tracking slip, a response or anything. Don't use the website or anything to do with it. You are getting scammed. Disputed the charge already.

I ordered from there website. A packer jersey. My credit card was charge 90.23 from a company called withorder.com. I've sent them numerous emails. Phone calls, voice messages. They haven't returned my calls or emails and never answer. This is a fake company and would advise not ordering from anything connected to this number.
