310-562-9514 - Just got an Unrequested & Unsolicited TXT message from this number, which is located in West Los Angeles, California, and is through Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC.

TXT message states: "Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Respond (yes) to learn more about this."

I will be reporting this TXT directly to the FCC, AT&T/Cingular Wireless, as one of their customers sent this SPAM to me.

Got a message:
"Dear homeowner is your mortgage payment too high? Out relief program can lower your high payments immediately...  Would you like to learn more about this?"

Received unsolicited texts from both (310) 562-9512 and (310) 562-9504:

I've gotten similar text messages a few times in the last week from this number. I called the number back today to ask them not to text again; the voicemail inbox said there was no room for new messages and to try back. SCAM. How do I stop this?

i got that call too and i am not even legally old enough to buy a house!!!

This is in addition to another telemarketing text I received just yesterday. I've been receiving these random telemarketing text messages for awhile now and I pay for every last one of them!

Ok just got this text after I told them not to call and not to text me." Dear homeowner, we can lower you(yes it says you) mortgage payment to 3% with our programs. Are you still interested? May we please give you a call ragarding this?" Its getting old.

I got this stupid message last week.
After view all of your post and noticing that some of you actually called the number I think there is a "cracker" (a hacker gone bad) that got a hold of this number for a period of time so they can get your personal information, credit card number, or money and run away so there is no real trace of this person. They do the same thing with phishing sites (in my experience mostly in China) which appear for few days to take your personal information and disappear.

Just got a text message from 310-562-9514 asking if we need help paying our mortgage.  We don't.  And we're also paying for the text message.  Is there any way to block texts if you don't have it and don't want it on your cell phone plan?

Don't forget you can register your cell phone number on the National Do Not Call List. Then after 31 days, if you get an unsolicited call you can file a complaint.  You can also file a complaint on a phone number if it is from recorded call & not a live person soliciting you.

Got the mortgage text from this number yesterday and the same message, verbatim, from 949-300-6004 today.  

Regarding LH from 7 November: I received that Sandbox Sports Grill message too, multiple times from multiple numbers.

got a text message from 310-562-9514 asking if I want to lower my mortgage payments, then again asking if I want help with credit card debt. I am not happy about text spamming on my cell phone! I'm paying for these moronic text messages!

Got same message from 310-562-9512 on 10/28 - to which I replied "Take this number off your list immediately.  I will sue and I will win."

just received same communication with regard to credit card debt. Replied that TN# is registered on DNC Registry and record of text will be maintained for possible prosecution.

Have rec'd two different spam solicitation texts from this number in the last week. One related to credit woes and today's re: some bar/restaurant in Orange County, CA (The Sandbox Sports Grill) which says to show this text for a free drink and shows their website as Sandboxsg.com.  I've texted back to be removed from their list and tried actually calling the number only to get a recorded msg stating this number does not have voicemail set up.

I'm trying to narrow down how my number was obtained by these people. My cell is only for family but I recently used it twice as a contact number for purchases made online. Lo and behold I start getting these.

Thats VERY irritating!!  I am on the national do not call list for cell phones & i dont have a mortgage on any of my properties...

I texted it back requesting that they remove my number from their list and to stop being dipsh*ts. Haven't heard back
