Gamble, Crouse and Assoc. about a returned check. Blank "for" and blank "case number". Have reported this to the attorney general and to the Federal Trade Commission. Call 1-888-382-1222, the FTC Do Not Call hotline to report this number. We need to put some heat on these criminals.

First it was Gamle, Cross and Associates now it is Colson Gamble Associates.  They don't even know who they are.  We have contacted our local police in hopes that they will put it in the paper to let our town know who they are and what they are.  It came up unknown name on the caller id, but had the number 310-598-1732 and asks you to call 877-904-7581 or the last one asks to call back at 877-509-3421.  What a SCAM!

hi m8,what about this scam which i have been scammed recently from 888.com, i won 1900 pounds on last saturday and withdrawal 1900,and monday i have loged in and see money is not there,i have emailed them and they replied after a week and saying some 1 loged in to the account and spent all the money,basically its not some 1 its 888.com they scammed many people like this,
i wana put this news on uk news paper, will pay what ever it cost me, please some1 tell me how to advertise this to a uk news,07810751101 thanks

Yes I too got that same call I fell for that once before and never got a reciept after I paid back a debit so its still on my report.  How can we turn these ppl in?

Then everything you all are sayiing is true no file number or anything, not cool when we have the economy in bad shape.

I knew this call was BS and Im glad I got on to 800notes to confirm my suspicions. The same as the posts above I got a call from "Coleson and Associates" saying I had a returned check. Just to make sure I contacted BofA and they didn't know anything about it.

These guys were calling me from a Texas number...now they are calling me from CA...I get this once or twice a week....

Just got the same call, I say scam as well.

Recorded message stating it was an important call for .......... (no name given) about an unpaid item returned to my bank.  I bank locally, they have no branches in Beverly Hills, Ca.  Sick of messages like this.  So much for Do Not Call lists.

Yea it?s a bunch of crap there trying to get money out of you for nothing you did wrong. I just received a call from this number, but they left another on for me to call back, 1-877-904-7581. Saying I had bounced a bad check, and I need to resolve it, that?s fun I have not had a checking account for over five years. They find old info from your past, and try getting you to pay them.  Also on the call they don?t say a name, and then say make sure you use your file number when calling back, but they never give a file number. This a total scam??????
