I got a call today with this number +01310599128 .. it looked first like a call from oversea (Europe) what I have often, because of that +01 sign.. but it was not! I have also registered my phone at the donotcall.gov, they still call me!

I live in the 216 area, and I recieved a call from this number too, Is it just targeting Ohio mobile phones?

Got this call in the 216 area code today at 2:29PM EST. Didn't answer, no message left. Assume it is a telemarketer. Added my line to the donotcall registry a few days ago. Takes 31 days to take effect.

Received a call at 12:37 p.m. I wasn't by the phone so didn't answer. I did some research on the internet and it seems to be coming from a landline in Compton, CA. Register your cell phone on The National Do Not Call Registry at 888-382-1222; see more information at www.donotcall.gov.
