This William Larkin calls me out of the blue looking to collect a debt on a 5 year old bill. I tell him i'll call him back when I get my financial information in front of me. After thinking about it, I realize I have no idea who this person is, what company he is with... and he wants my banking information? Yeah.. no... Not to mention he was yelling on the phone at me the whole time.

So today, he calls my company.... he attempts to speak to my boss.. then the president of my company! He actually managed to get the president on the phone, and the president gives him an absolute earful about the inappropriate actions this guy is taking, and to NEVER call the company ever again.

I call this William back and also give him an earful for being so freakin low. I've asked for a fax from his company... let's see if he provides one. After reading everyone else's experiences, I doubt it. We'll see.

This guy is a liar through and though. DO NOT BELIEVE HIM!!! He gave us a wrong court case number in the wrong district. Ask him for the court case number and then call the courthouse to verify.

This guy is totally crazy. He called from the clerks office and said they were going to arrest me and file charges on some kind of unpaid bill. The call made no sense because he was calling from some collection agency. He kept yelling at me and refused to let me speak. I have never had a collection in my life and now they keep calling me. If I figure out where this guy is, we are going ot get it on.

got call from 612-928-5127  believe is the county clerk's office,  seems they had my wrong address and was trying to forstall action... was willing to file a continuance til papers received

This guy named William Larkin called my place of employment, told them it was about a court issue. He left me a voice mail.... said he was from Hennepin County, not with Hennepin County. Tried to imply he was with Hennepin Co. Debt collectors try to scare you by threats of courts, or police action. Both are against U.S debt collection laws. This guy is a joke. If someone is really sueing you they do it, they dont tell you about it, you get served papers. Police wont get involved in debt collecting. This guy is a joke, dont let him scare you, thats what he wants, so you'll do what he wants out of fear.

I receive two voice mail messages from this clown. He said that I was supposed to be in court and he would let the clerk know he called me. I'm certainly not going to waste my time on someone who is obviously delusional and figures we are all very gullible. Send me a summons if you want me in court...smh

A guy identifying himself as William Larkin , 612 928 5127, has been calling my fiance (and me) to try to collect a debt from him. Told us that a felony will be charged against him if we don't pay over the phone, yet he hasn't been served with any paperwork showing that anything was filed against him. When I called back he only answers "offices of william larkin" but had previously identified himself as calling from the hannepin county clerks office. This guy has to be one of those crazy collection companies that bullies and scares people to try and collect a debt.

This piece of s*** call my home told my wife that if i didnt pay he would take us to court and that i wrote bad checks ( f****ng lies). I try to call him back but he dont answer . Im going to rip his head off .  some info on this punk i have below. The name of the company below might be fake?

this guy is really something, he has called my company headquarters..REALLY!!! if anyone get him on the phone, get as much info on him so he can be locked up.  And Dude if your reading these post, my credit is not good, so you might want to stop while your free.

my mother got a call from this william larkin and left a message on her voice mail saying" This is william larkin please have kristen give me a call back at 612-928-5127" She called me right away, and i have never lived in hennipen county so i googled his name and # and got this page. All i can think of is this guy looks up obituaries and things to retrieve information on people!! He even used my maiden name and called to a home i have not lived in for 20 years!!! I told her the next time he calls to give him the atty. generals # to look for me there and grab the number he used off her caller id to turn this false slob in.

Received a call as well.  Message was from William Larkin.  I called the # back and it was out of service.

Got a call from this number, and the name of the guy is William Lockland. He gave me this number to call back. When I call back, the message was only his name....No company name, hours of operation, nothing..Weird

Got a call saying I was suppose to be in court today from this number.  I didn't have a clue what for. Actually they called my sisters daughter in law with this number. Weird.
