These are thieves from India.  Do what I do:  AIR HORN THEM!

I've had 5 calls from 310-599-9199.  They are trying to get credit card information from you to pay for shipping of ONLY 3.95 for a FREE $100 Walmart gift card and a FREE $100 Gas gard... YA RIGHT!  I listened to them say "Only 3.95" about a dozen times on the phone and ask for the expiration date of my credit card and said ya know what... This sounds like a scam or fraud and if you want me to have it that bad, send it to me in the mail for free, i'm sure 203.95 isn't going to hurt you since you're already giving away $200.  lol.  Well it's TRUE Right?  I sure hope nobody falls for this crap!  I suggest blocking 310-599-9199.  They did call from another area code and number too, but I didn't find what it was... it may have been an 818 area code number.

Call the number back, if you get through you the message will ask you to press #1 to be added to there do no call list. It's worth a try.

4 TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK! I AM SICK OF IT

These guys (310)599-9199 called me about 4 times today,  tell them they need to speak up and try to speak clear, tell them you are holdinh the phone to the bottom of your foot and that you are going to kill a pig in there yard.  you can't beat them so have fun.

these punks will not hear you --- so I just keep calling back and back and back etc. fu.. back with them - I saw an attorney in Spokane WA get a anti harrasment order against harassing phone calls - but you think I could get one? NO WAY, because I am not a Judge, Attorney or some other State or Government person --- not in the click --- I am just a serf... little pay and goughed with a TAX burden... to pay them baster...

I recieve a call from this number at minimum 5-6 times per day.  I'M SICK OF IT!!! anyone know how to shut them up?

I have been receiving these calls for 3 weeks now.  They have called 4 times TODAY.  I finally had to give the phone to my husband.  They are very persistent in wanting our credit card information and will not take "no" for an answer.  I have reported them to the number that Mark (above) gave us!!

I recieved a call from them today - I asked the caller to please remove me from the list and she said NO and proceeded to tell me that I dont know who she is and that her company will continue to call!!! I then contacted the above number listed by Mark (800-464-5446) and I got through to someone named Hugo.I filed a complaint.  He informed me that if I were to recieve anymore calls to call back to the 800 number. Lets see what happens.

I did not answer this call, as I don't recognize it. Anyone know where it's from?

I keep getting calls from this number every day, sometimes 3 times a day.  I have asked them to take us off their calling list at least 4 times.  They called Memorial Day morning and I told the lady that we have asked plenty of times not to call so quit calling my house.  To which she replied "Do not raise your voice at me"!  What?!?!?!  I am getting really tired of these people waking my babies during the day.

At least two calls every day from this number.  They hang up immediately when call is answered.  Very annoying ... we have health issues to deal with without this nuisance!

Got 3 calls this week from these folks.  Said they were Assure Shopper.  TOTAL SCAM.  Guy said he was borna and raised in Phoenix arizona.  I asked he the street address where he was located, couldn't answer.  He also did not know who the governor was.  The provider for this number is DigitCom in LA. Their # is (800) 464-5446. Call them and file a complaint.  I did.

Recieved a call from this number, but did not answer. I'll suggest not to answer a call from a number you are not familiar with. If it's from someone you do know though, hopefully they'll leave a voice message. And try to do same when you call someone who might not already have your number to avoid unwarranted concerns about your number as well.

Todate I have entered complaints for two other totally different telephones, now I am getting a telephone call from this number.

Can't someone do something about all these telemarketing telephones calls from these people?

I have kept getting calls from a 310-599-9199 number on and off for a while now.  The odd thing is that I never get a voice.  It's just empty air.  You'd think that if you were going to waste a lot of people's time, you wouldn't end up with cold feet during the call.

Indian man, very rude, when he said he would put me on the do not call list he said I would be called back in 3 days since it only lasted that long. I'm thinking of calling the police in Los Angeles for harrasment

customer in new mexico called qwest repair wanting to know know where this number was coming from looked it up in google and got good info from other people having the same issue dont fall for them and dont give them any info this is a phone scam obviously

I just got a call from 310-599-9199 at 7:45pm.  It was a male Indian voice.  He said he was calling from FEA, Financial Educators Association.  He said I qualified for a $200 gift card because I have shopped at Wal-Mart with my Visa.  I have a Mastercard so I knew it was a lie.   I told him to put me on his Do Not Call list.  He just said "Nevermind" and hung up.  LOL.

offered gift card. i declined and asked to be removed from list. man on phone harased me and refused to remove me. claimed to be calling on behalf of visa/mastercard.
