Yes, they called me too at least every six months. Used to be someone with indian accent now is american accent a woman. She could not explain what was the problem. They are scammers, they have your information like SSN. Be careful, and check your credit report. I will report to the policy. This has to stop, this people are nothing in this society, they need be locked up.

HI GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 310-601-4317 SAYING THERE IS AN ONGOING CASE AGAINST ME AND THERE IS A WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST, THIS CALL COMES ON MY PHONE EVERYDAY, IS THIS A SCAM,BECAUSE THIS DOES NOT SOUND LIGIT AT ALL

I received the same call from this number harassing me about I issued a check that is lack of fund and because of that I will be charged of 30 days imprisonment and attorney's fees... this phone number is 310-601-4317 from Beverly Hills CA

i got a called saying the same thing however  grilled him David James  asking questions telling him to id his company fax me my profile with my account number and the lenders info to submit to mmy lawyer and he sends a Goldstein&associates letter with number this number and under the name Bernadette Wilcox went find it on line nothing scam guys

Got the same bogus phone message.  Why would Beverly Hills, CA attorney call me here on the east coast?  Tried calling back, got a voice message.  It's a scam....don't give your personal details or money.

Got a call from this number.  The woman who left a voivemail message said they were issuing a warrant for my arrest in my county but did not say for what.  Have other people gotten calls from this number?
