I just received the same text from 310-622-2077. Filed a complaint with FCC and did NOT text NO or send email.
Looks like other people have received the same text but from 949 area code. One big scam...all coming from Cali.

The nomber appears as a text incoming on my T-Mobile phone bill but I neithre received nor sent any messages to or from that nomber.

Just got the same message. Something about debt. Also said that, if I wanted to "opt out", just reply, "no", or send an e-mail with my phone number to optout4@yahoo.com.
