its a SCAM! they called saying i owed $$ for a loan i NEER EVER TOOK OUT! cant call me anymore on personal phone but recently tried calling me at work..i told them to NEVER CALL this number again and told them if they did i will have my lawyer get in touch w/them as well as the police..whatever you do dont give them any info total SCAM

Never had this problem til I went to apply for a funky a** $100-$200 loan. I guess I as highly naive, thinking I could get a simple loan and I get harrassed. Where they do that at??????? And I feel even more dumb for putting my business online like that. Believe me my husband chewed my a** for this. After reading everyones responses and complaints, I feel a little better becuz its a scam. I have never done anything wrong to where I needed to be arrested. I hope these mf's are fund and burn in hell. We should get some kind of compensation for the harrassment too!

This just happened to me today they told me i was going to be arrested on the 30th if i didnt pay them 645.00 at first i was scared but something told me to look up this number it must be the lord thank you god for looking out for me and the rest of these people who these fools tried to scam i cant belive people are so cruel . Good morning. I just received a phone call as well. Same thing I have been reading here. I have been receiving calls from the past few days on my cell phone. The man speaks little english and all I could understand was that there was a lawsuit pending under my SS# and I needed an attorney. I was about to freak out but I decided to google the name (Steve Johnson) and the # he gave. This site came up. I am not going to panic and I am going to let him call a few more times and report it. This is crazy. Thank you everyone for the information.

I got a call from this number saying there is a law suit against me. For what? Also they said that there are alot of complaints aghainst my name and SS number....

Heather - send an email to your attorney general's office in your state with as much information as you can provide - caller's name (phony as it might be), their phone #, etc.  They have attorneys who can track down and handle these fraudulent people on your behalf since they are violating the federal Fair Debt Act BIG time.  This won't cost you anything.  I got caught in this trap a few years ago and thought about hiring a lawyer but that would've been too costly.  Good luck to you!

Please someone direct me to a place to report these callers.  They keep calling my phone saying that I owe money to Fast Cash and if I don't pay they will have me arrested. I don't owe anybody anything.  I don't even know a Fast Cash. I am sick of this.  The authorities need to do something about this harassment to hard working, law abiding citizens that do honest work for a living.

I got a call from these scum bags today as well.  They tried to make me pay them for a payday loan they say I defaulted on.  They said I was getting arrested tomorrow if I didn't make payment arrangements today.  They could not speak English very well nor could they give me any information as to which company I owed or was suing me.  They were just downright nasty when I tried to get information.  I have been upset about this for the entire day because just the thought of someone coming to your place of business arresting me ran my blood pressure up really high.  I am so relieved to find out this was a scam but now, I want to find these b*****ds and close them down

Just received a call from 310-693-2406 stating that a lawsuit was being prepared against me for a debt owed.The caller would not tell me who was initiating the lawsuit but did share that he was a representative from a Federal Attorney's Office. I stated, "so...this is not related to a local company? He stated that he would need to connect me to the attorney assigned to my case. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and received a message that the mailbox was full. I am reporting this scam to the local police.

This man should be put behind bars forever.  He calls people on their job and upset them saying that they owe a large some of money.

A man that can't speak English well called me today and said that he was a district attorney lawyer and had important information about a loan i had gotten that he needed to get the last 4 of my ss#.  I asked what about a loan i owe and he said that he need the last of my SS#.  Me being dumb and not thinking told him.  Then he said that if I did not pay 442.00 today I would be arrested on my job at Marvell School.  I don't know how He know where I work.  I called the number several times to try and make sense of this and he was very rude and said that I owed now 1500.00 then he said 15,000.  A woman even anwered the phone and put me through to him.  I had my sister call so that she could witness what was goin on.  He told her the same thing.  I even went to the bank to check my account and I was talking to the cashier about it and he was asking me who was talkin gin the background.  Something needs to be done about these people.  I was really upset.  I was at work when this happened and I had to go through this emotional situation because of low down, evil people.  I pray that GOD help us and keep us safe from these wicked people.

Last week I received a call from a guy named Dan Foster who said he was an attorney from CA and his office had filed criminal charges against me for a debt...he tried to get personal information from me like ssn# address..so I told him if you got my work number than you should have all the other details ....then 3 days later I get a call from a man named Sean Carter from a 310 number calling from Fist Star Law  Office stating if I did give him my information to pay the debt that the next business day he was sending the state police to arrest me.....I told him to stop calling me. I am going on line right now to figure out how to file a complaint.....I am so F&%$*- sick of it!!!!!

they harrassed me at work they threatened me with a lawsuit and jail. they dont speak english i have found out who they are and reported them to the police,fbi,fcc,ftc all formal complaints and fcc in california. they are usa payday. it is illegal to harrass people by phone or any other means. if they call u again tell them they are the ones going to jail,. they have broken every law in my state. and they are the ones who will need a good lawyer or god help them. they also threatened my boss and told him to go and screw himself. also they would call anytime they want to. if they call your cell phone let them leave their nasty message and keep it for future prosecution. that is evidence. in this day and time there are several forms of terrorism and this is one of them. contact the appropriate authorities and they will be shut down. and arrested.

I CANNOT TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. I TRY TO HARD TO KEEP MY BLOOD PRESSURE DOWN AND I WILL NOT BE TALKED TO LIKE THIS BY A INDIAN OR WHATEVER ANYMORE.

Well apparently I received cash from some "payday" service and I have a non-payment which is b***s*** cause I haven't seen any of the money. And now ill be getting "arrested" on monday october 24, 2011.... Yeah ill see about that the b*****ds wouldn't even tell me their names.

I revised a call from this number from a Debit William and says I wish you good luck and that I will be arrested. They sounded Indian and when I call back it says hello and hangs up

I had John Anderson call me from this number and the same thing as everyone else, telling me "God Help Me"  I had no idea what this was about until I looked up the number on google.  Glad to see that its a scam I was a little worried

they are a scam western union is working with me to get my money back they trice the money to nigeria please report these scum bags
