This number keeps calling our office asking for a person that has never worked here before. The recorded voice and even the caller id identify the caller as Anthem Blue Cross. Nothing I input on the keypad made sense to the system, then the recorded voice said she was having so much trouble that she would call back at another time. Then I redialed the number and there was some weird recorded voice saying there was something wrong with the application. I can't figure it out.
