I replied 'please put me on your do not call list".  Let's see if it works.  I wonder how they got my number to begin with.

310-694-7978 sent me a text wanting me to refinance. I have to pay for text messages.

I got the same "homeowner" text.  They are testing the waters.  As soon as  15 or 20 of those placing the calls are severely beaten it should stop.

I received the same message, only I get it on a daily basis! It's annoying, and I have even text messaged back saying to delete my number immediately, and no results. There should be a law against solicitation via text.

Received a text and called the number (310-694-7716) gat a message saying that the mailbox was full.  The name of the mailbox was some guy saying "You're a stupid mother f*cking c*** sucker"

Got SPAM text about mortgage modification from 310 694 7978.


As this is showing up as a cingular number, I called AT&T; the supervisor was not of sufficient rank to suspend the offending number as is called out in the Terms of Use for AT&T wireless subscribers. But they offered their SmartLimits call blocking for free for several months.   I suggest all AT&T subscribers request the same thing until the economic incentive is high enough to end this type of abuse or offer it as a free service.

I have gotten both the "Dear homeowner, if you are struggling..." SPAM as well as "Sandbox Sports Grill..." SPAM from this garbage number.  Replies asking to be removed have not changed anything.

I have submitted a complaint to DNC website.  At 9:38pm I received a text message (for which I get charged) stating "Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this?"

Got the "Dear Homeowner" text message at 0741 EST. Called, the voice mail is not set up. Looked it up online, the phone is a West Los Angeles, California number, and the phone company that has the number is "BLUE LICENSES HOLDING, LLC"

Got the same text about dear homeowner blah blah blah.  Texted back DO NOT TEXT ME AGAIN.  Guess I'll wait and see if I get anymore.

Also received a text message on my cell phone from this number about this stupid advertisement "Sandbox Sports Grill won Ocs top bars award for 2009! Charity this Sun 1-3pm hosted by charger girls! $6 pitchers...."

I'm sending them a message that they are violating the do not call list by using a third party vendor to make these blast advertisements.
