Got a call from this number from a guy that said he was with Fireside Bank Collections. He called several times when I asked him to stop calling he started cussing at me telling me that they were going to repossess my car. I asked for his name and to talk to a manager - he hung up.

My name is Jerrod Horn and I am listed on this posting for the phone number 310-704-4790. This phone belongs to Fireside Bank which I did work for as a collector. This phone number is one of many used by Fireside to contact customers whose payments are late. That phone number was used by every collector in my department of 40 individuals so there is no way for anyone to know who called on the day in question. While it is possible that someone from Fireside broke protocol and violated the FDCPA it was not me. Furthermore, the comment is listed as being posted on October 4 2009. This is several months after I was laid off by Fireside meaning that it could not have been me who called you. Please remove my name from your post immediately and refrain from using it in any other posts. Failure to do so may result in legal action. Thank you for your help in this matter.
