Santa Monica CA number...calls over and over

Reported I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone.  Stated they were from Sprint and knew what type of phone I had.

Do not answer this number.  Fraudulent activity with cell phone sales.

Sprint's Discount Department for state and government accounts. They are not conducting fraudulent activity and are Platinum Wireless and are contracted by Sprint and are acting on their behalf.
