just got a call from this number on my cell.  i am on the do not call list.  it shows up as being from Torrance, CA.  a return call yields many rings then a hangup, then a busy signal on calling back, then again with the many rings and a hangup.  i tried calling the number on the post from DM with alternate number, and got a message that the number was not available from my 'calling area'.

Waste of time,.. I added them to my contacts with a name "waste of time" and have it set up to go straight to VM,.. so I don't have to deal with it!!

They called today and actually had my name. Said they got it from a database of auto insurance companies. They wanted me email address to send information on insurance rate comparisons. The caller said the company was Online Insurance Advisors 14900 Ventura Blvd. #210 Sherman Oaks CA 91403. She said the company number is 866-404-3694 though the caller ID was for 310-755-8003. After getting this info I asked that they remove me from their database and told them that I was on the do not call list and would be filing a complaint.

I get calls from this numbers repeatedly.  They want to know my name and address.  Seems like they are phishing.

I noticed a missed call at 3:30 pm and tried calling back but got a busy signal several times. I did finally get through only to have it ring several times then go dead.  Does anyone know how to find out the phone company connected with the number in order to report it?

called me on a monday evening at 7:33 pm.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

just got a call from this number 3107558003.it's said in the other comments that this is nationwide insurance.if that is true why wouldn't a reputable company like that leave a mesage then?

Good to not pick up. These calls are usually "phishing" for good numbers. If you answer you, undoubtably, will begin to get real marketing calls.

I've been receiving calls from this number as well.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  If it's important, they'll leave a message.  I'm going to block the number with Verizon.

I received a call from this number after 11pm EST! I was extremely angry and hung up on them once I told them what time it was on the East coast and to NEVER call me again.

My number is unlisted and has been on the Do Not Call Registry forever, which I renew every year just to be sure, and I got this call.  I told them they needed to take me off the list immediately and they just kept asking to participate in a survey.  ANNOYING.

i got a call around 855 sunday night before anyone could answer they hung up it was a call to my cell im so tired of these telemarketers or whoever they r. they must be selling numbers or something

Same for me except a woman called at 9:28pm saying she was from National Insurance and it was not a sales call. I told her if she was calling to solicit business it is a sales call. She said "this is not a solicitation", but wanted to give me a quote... they calling everyone who doesn't have insurance or to lower their current rates.
I must've been born on May 30,2011. I also told her that I'm reporting her to all the bureaus and she might as well start looking for a new job cuz calling past 9pm is a violation. Must be a real humdinger of a scamm  or just desperate for business! Nevertheless they are violating all the laws and it pissed me off to the highest of pisstivities!!!!

We get a call from this number everyday. Looked up the location and it's either Torrance or Lakewood California and it is a landline. Whoever it is always calls late, after 9pm Mountain Time. They never leave a message. Probably telemarketer or something like that. It's quite irritating! I wish they would stop calling!

just got a call from this number @ 8:52pm PST. Caller ID said Torrance, CA. I answered the call to find out who's been calling at approx this time for the past couple of days.  Guy on the phone was named "Randy" and he actually did kind of have my name right. I didn't correct him. When I asked what company he was with, he said Nationwide Insurance to let me know about Auto, Home & Life plans available in my area now.  I told him I'm on the national do not call registry and how did he get my number. He said this wasn't telemarketing. BS. I told him to put me on his company's do not call list & that this call has officially been logged by me.

Received a call from this number claiming to be National Insurance and wants me to give them my address so they can send me what's new about the health care and wants to update my insurance crap. I hang up while the woman was insisting to send me a quote.  They are fishing for info beware of telemarketers such as this.
