These people demand that I give them my full name and verify my identity by also giving them my full Social Security Number - they ask for a wrong name at my number and refuse to stop calling

call came in .but when i answer it hung up.

Receiving calls from this number twice a day for about a week now.  I returned call using the *67 to hide my number.  I believe they answered it with the name Paragon.  I have no idea who or what this is.

I have gotten 8 calls from them this week.  I don't answer, they don't leave a message.

I called them back today. Seems like they are a financial collection agency, they were apparently looking for the previous owner of my phone number. I told them who I was and the lady said they would remove my number from their system. They were actually pretty nice about it. Time will tell if she actually did it or not though.

Same, they call about 3 times a week, usually no message and they hang up if I answer. This time they left a message: "Please call paragon way at 800-48603147" which of course isn't the 888-5705007 number but it is the same place.

They have called several times asking for a person with the same first and last name but not the same middle. It is not even the same middle name of our son. They need to stop callling us.

When i got this call from 888-570-5007 I said County Sheriff Dept.
Have not heard back from them!

Just got a call. They hang up. I called back and some guy answered asking 'Is it the number(where I was calling from) where we called you?"...Ijust hang up to save my peak time minutes..

This caller calls our company often asking for someone that has never worked for us.

More importantly they have threatened to include whatever individual employee may have answered our company telephone (((within the-then owed debt))) if they do not bring that person; again... someone that has never worked for our company, to the telephone.

Lastly ... these stupid members of the lowest level of pondscum cannot speak English well enough to reasonably communicate within a lawful manner as well.

These Paragon Way ppl use many different numbers.  If I do not recognize the number, I always come here to look up the number.  They do not have a valid claim for me.  I have told them.  Does not seem to make any difference.  They used to call 6-9 times a day.  Then go several weeks and start again.  Sometimes there is no one there if I answer it.  Then if they do answer, they want personal information which I decline to give or verify.  I do not answer anymore, turned off the answering machine, and let it ring.  DO NOT CALL does not help here.   It has been two years now.

and no ones name in particular,it sounds like phishing or
skip tracing of some sort.I guess they call everybody
and hope someone takes the bait and calls back.

Do not want to recieve calls

I have received several of phone calls from this number all to my newly acquired work cell phone.  Each message left had a woman repeating what I can only think was her ext. I called the number back and a nice gentleman answered the phone and gave me the name on the listing they had. I told them the phone no longer belonged to that individual and they have taken me off the list of calls.

Okay, How Many Times do we have to go over this people?
You cannot, I repeat, Can NOT get money by a phone call.

They call every day. I just Laugh and report every phone call
to the do not call registry.

I received a call from 1-888-570-5007 just one day after buying my first cell phone!  An angry lady yelled "are you gerald/gerry..!?"  I said, " you have the wrong number" to which the angry lady yelled the same question, to which I replied " I repeat, you have the wrong number" , the angry lady then asked " have you been taking mail off of hwy 101?!". I promptly hung up my new cell phone and have set it to voicemail.

We have been getting calls from Pagagon Way for nearly 3 years ever since we moved after buying a house. They are looking for someone named Steven Scott. Much to my surprise Steven and his wife Anna were both arrested in the state of Montana for ID theft, fraud, and a bunch of other related crimes. Apparently they used to live in the area. Even the local Great Clips had my number with their name plus about 3 other people. (I really hate the way the phone company recycles phone numbers!) Anyway, they say they'll take us off their call list. A few months go by and they call again. The last call was today. My husband informed them the guy was in jail in Montana and that they should contact the penal authorities in that state. I really hate these jerks that keep calling for someone else! You tell them you are not who they are looking for, they'll remove you from their list and yet they keep on calling. Another prime example of what deregulation has done for consumers.

This place keeps calling and i have no debt for any collector to call. They keep leaving a message but they don't ask for no one by name they just give there name and number and say to please call. After awhile it gets annoying because they hang up on you when you do answer the phone. Great Company they don't want to talk to you or tell you who they are looking for. I'm suprised they are in business.

Ditto.  They call again and again, no message, and hang up when I pick up = ARGH!

If you haven't you need to register your home and cell phone numbers with the Do Not Call Registry https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx. Then file a complaint listing the numbers on your caller ID. I have reported them before. The calls stopped for several months, but just started up again. It appears on the caller ID as 800 Service with many different  numbers (866-526-7795 and 888-570-5007 being the most recent). I reported them again today. If the gov gets enough of these complaints maybe they will do something about this company - Paragon way

Calls hows several times a day and hangs up.  We have no idea who is on the other end.
