(818)357-3915 is a T-Mobile number based in Northridge, CA, according to whitepages.com. The 310-818-9027 number is a landline in Compton. The Woodland Hills address is of course an anonymous LA office park.
There is a Jeffrey Cole from Woodland Hills who is the registrant for digitalcenter.org, but I doubt it's the same cat; this Prof. Cole seems to be a little too legit to be doing the money scamming business (http://www.digitalcenter.org/pages/person_details.asp?intTypeId=3). I think I will write a kind letter to the latter Mr. Cole to inform him of his info being used for a scam like this, and the T-Mobile number (if it is still active might receive an early morning call inquiring about his business.

I've gotten several text messages from this number with the URL www.money2help.com in the message body. The latest (9Dec09):
"Immediate CASH 4 whatever U need! Go to www.Money2Help.com - Reply STOP to optout"
Are there any regulations on SMS spam?
