Maybe not a scam but it is harassment when you tell them to stop & they keep calling!

Well it would be nice if they would stop calling. I have told them 3 times to stop & they just keep calling!

You work for a company that won't take NO for an answer or answer their email complaints. Next step is FCC.

this number keep calling my cell every week. I don't want to answer it then it call back and fill up my voice mail inbox with a lousy music for 2 min, I think they are jerk. When I try to call it back, I got the meesage that this number won't receive call.

Ask to be remove from list but the company still calls

These calls are not legal! If they were, these people have been told a hundred times NOT TO CALL OUR HOUSE AND THEY REFUSE TO ABIDE BY THE LAW!

Also received numerous calls, same name on my program, their address is 3635 Vinton Ave., Los Angeles 90034-5732 if you want to drop them a line. Google maps shows it is an Apartment but I don't have an apartment number.

These idiots call twice a day, every day - once at 8:00 am and again at 8:00 pm.  I have a call blocker so all they get is one ring (that I don't hear) and then they are disconnected.  The only way I know they've called is when I check the call blocker at night.  Best money I ever spent!!

I can confirm that this is a legit service, conducted by UCLA.  I received a call from them yesterday and answered it.

The "Bay area" is in California. Unless you moved (out of State), which you never said where you moved to.

So far, I've received several calls from this company, but I was never home. But, I can't see where they have done any type of scam. Nobody has posted any type of wrongdoing, other than receiving too many phone calls.  And who cares what name the phone numbers are registered to. Like I said, no reports of any wrongdoing here.

I neither have nor need an ipod or iphone or app. I just went to whitepages.com on my pc and did a reverse phone search and got the same two names.

This is not a scam. I work for the company that makes these calls, and I do so 6 days a week. We calling from Westat, a social-service agency based in Rockville, Md. We have the contract with UCLA, to do the telephone interviewing for this project. This is the largest ongoing public-health survey in the United States. It was started in 2001, and it is done in two-year cycles. It is only for California residents. We call both landline and cell numbers, which are picked at random. We are not selling anything, nor are we asking for money or donations. All of the information that survey respondents provide is strictly confidential. They have been calling multiple times daily and not leaving a message. I finally answered and she said that she wanted to ask me a few questions to see if I qualify for a medical survery. I said that I didn't have the time and hung up. It's a scam. Just don't answer if you see CA HLTH STUDY appear on the caller id.

You can get a call blocking device or phone.  And file complaints on them anyway..

How do I get rid of these calls.

Said they were taking a poll (poll is a legal scam to get around the fact this is an unsolicited call), she admitted my number was random aka we have know idea who were calling (also known as spam). I told her I worked for the FCC and wanted to know if her Dialogic Cards (Dialing cards made by Intel used in higher end Predictive dialers) were registered with the FCC? She didn't know what that was... I told her I was not a resident of California. My cell phone has a 707 area code which is a bay area number. Moved out long before CA went bankrupt. If this number calls you just use the same m.o. you are from the FCC, I bet they 310-845-9104 never call again!

They call late at night during the week and early in the morning on weekends!  They just woke up my whole family.  I was really pissed off, so I called them back and told them to take us off their call list.  This woman claimed that their calls are "random."  If they are random then why do they call this number over and over again.  Only five people have this number.  I have two other phone lines, but their random calls only target this one. The internet directory shows their number belongs to a woman named Eliza and a man named Moshammat.  Do not give them any information.  They are not a legitimate survey company!  They are most likely a phishing scam.

This number calls my home approx 12x a day. Very annoying!!

If you were wondering how I got these names, I have an app on my iPhone called Reverse Phone Lookup from whitepages.com. The app is available in the App Store and it's free. I've just entered the phone number in the app and the results showed Mohammed Ahsan and Eliza M Akter. If you have an iPod Touch or iPhone, you can download the app from the App Store and the app is pretty useful.

I have gotten 10 calls from this number in the past 5 days. Never leave a message.

Identity thieve scammers posing as a health survey.  Repeatedly calls, dozen times.

Caller ID something like CA HE AL SV - fake health survey? DoNotCall.gov seems to cut it off.
