I received the same call with the same information. Can someone tell these people to get a real JOB. Better yet let's all pray for them. You know they will burn in hell.

I received a called this morning and the caller ID showed Emergency Number 911. So I answer the phone and there were a guy on the phone asking for me. The accent was so heavy I could not understand what he was saying so I hung up the phone, He called back again and left a voice message. I listen to this message over and over again till finally I was able to understand a phone number that was left. I called that number and ask what office/department is this? The person on the other end get smart and ask me why I don't know the number I was calling. I could understand him clearly and ask again and he mumble something that sound like America legal service. I ask if that it what he said and he said yes. I switched the name around and ask if this was America spiegle and he said yes. He also answer the phone by saying hello. Which is not the way to answer a business line. As I listen to the message again I also notice that he said he was calling from Detroit Police Department. This number is attached to 714-795-3727. This is totally against the law in some sort of fashion. Everyone needs to be careful.

I have received two voicemails from this number, both a woman (with a clear middle eastern accent) saying I would be arrested in my workplace or home. I've received calls like this in the past as well. I know that I have done nothing illegal, especially in California, since I have never been there. Besides that I've been snowed in basically for weeks with these crazy "polar vortex" winter storms in Indiana. It shocks me, though that there are people out there gullible enough to send money to "clear" this "case" that doesn't exist. If nothing else, I would think they could figure out this is an attempt (albeit a sad one) at blackmail. It's definitely harrassment. Unfortunately (for them) I have reported them to the FCC and FBI.

Caller said what all the other complaints state.  The woman did leave this number in her voice mail. 714 795 3727.  However, I called and I got a recording not a working number.  

Funny I am from Ohio as well and got the same message BUT they DID KNOW MY ADDRESS!! Been sitting here for a week now & nothing and everytime I call it seems like they never have all the info.

I just received this call yesterday saying I will be arrested at home or work , it was a lady with a accent from out of the country, I also called this number back and it said caller was on the phone and beeped several times. I know this is a scam and I hope someone fixes this before some poor gullible person believes this and gets ripped off!! I will be calling my local news channel to make every one in my city aware in the state of Ohio. There should be a lawsuit against who this is, considering many people whom have children or on their way to work are put into panic & could cause serious problems!

I just got this same phone call this afternoon on my way home from work and they said the same thing about being arrested at my workplace or home. I contacted a lawyer and they said that it was a scam and not to call them back.

Just got a call from this number saying I would be arrested at home or work.  The person left a message and did not identify themselves or where they were calling from, and said to call them back at this number 714-795-3727.

Just a call like all the others mentioned.  I haven't heard from these people in years and now all of a sudden they start calling again.  I wish they'd find real job!!!

On 2-11-14 i to received a voicemail. Stating i will be arrested from my home or work.  I called back they said they are a law firm........told then i would notify the person they were calling for....which was me.These people call your phone with indian accent and threaten you. Phone terrorist. Iwill block the number

I got the same message as everyone else. I tried to call back from my work land line and the call doesn't go through. It just says that the person is on the phone......they're probably calling everyone else.

Same number same message as everyone on here! Like Susan's reply to them! Because it is illegal to falsely threaten and if WE have broken the law they are not going to call us to tell us they are come to get us they just would! But I do have to say when you block their number they use a different one. They will just keep calling all day everyday with different numbers!

I just got a call from this number stating the same thing as the other complaints. I would be arrested at my job or home for check fraud and a list of other charges and started to argue with her she hung up. But when I called back she offered me a "settlement" send her $2500 and all will be forgiven! Please catch these people before they get someone who isn't as savvy....

Just want to know who's calling that I will be arrested at work or home. Is this real?

I got the same call on Friday and I asked the lady Stella where they are located and she gave me a complete address in Oakland ca and I told her that there was prefix  In 714 in that area and she said that she was calling from John Hall Law Firm in oakland and I told her I would just mail a payment instead and she said that I had 1 hour to make a payment or I was going to jail and she had her answers pack down to my question and sadly to say they got me to but only $50.00  because thats all I had in my account and I had to money gram it and when I did the  lady at the money gram place said it was going to a credit card with the name of Orly Amar.

Got a call from this number this afternoon. I didn't pick up so they left a messagevthai will be arrested from my workplace or home unless I give them a call. It was a lady's voice with an accent. I'm tired of these low life people calling me to scam me! Someone needs to put a stop to it!

Got the call from a woman saying I would be arrested at home or work and to call her@714-795-3727. The end of the message:'Good luck with your case". Haven't done anything to receive such a message, so knew it was a scam. Looked online, found this site, and will start with the Attorney General and work my way up. Want these people caught so people that might take it seriously won't have the hassle.

I just received the same call about a half an hour ago. The message cut in about half way saying that I would be arrested from either my home or workplace...(I am in NJ)...caller is from CA. I call back and it goes right to a voicemail but no identification on who or what I am calling. Total BS.

The number is from Orange County, California. (I have never been there!)
