This is the 3rd time I received a call from this number, the caller doesn't respond just listening for about 5 seconds and then hangs up. When I return the call, somebody pickup but doesn't reply. This is the 3rd time this week, so I'm taking it as a form of malicious harassment in hopes something will be done about this.

Twice in one day! i checked back to this last number 310-846-1604 on the YP's and i am sory to say Reed but as of today it is a grocery store name "Abadi" and again indian. Same exact address though this second number 310-873-0628 doesn't show any type of business record, so if I may please know a way to get rid of these people it will be really helpful.

it's an Indian call center that spoofs numbers so that you will answer the phone, cause it looks like a friend, neighbor, or business near you that you might naturally pick up and want to speak to them. they are having a problem with their dialer, no agent is able to answer with tells me they are a small operation. unfortunately, the post office, or whatever has nothing to do with it. they find a phone number to use as a caller ID the same way the found you - buying white pages, or whatever. best case is to play detective. buy into whatever they are selling... get to the point where you find out what the product is or they transfer you to a partner - and then post it online - again and again. or call the company who actually owns the product. they can likely trace back where this call came from - since they hired the room to work for them. ask for marketing. demand that they reveal their center - just the name and location or you will sue them. dig right in the situation! once the company knows the center they've hired uses these dirty practices, they will get scared and fire them. but they'll go onto the next company. but eventually they will run out of compnaies that will trust them and if the name is splattered all over, they'll go away. maybe change names, but they'll be closer to being caught.

YP shows the number and address. It appears to be a large post office, but it might be someone using the address for malicious purposes.
