Someone by the name of Bill Jones with Legal Svcs called and said that I had a warrant out for my arrest and that if I don't call this number back, I'm in big trouble, like i better watch out or watch my back. My husband called the number back and told the guy he had the wrong person and the guy told my husband that I'm going to jail!!!! My husband told him off and he called my husband and A**hole!!! Total losers!

Hmmm, I though illiterate collectors extorting money from innocent victims and systematically violating federal collection laws had a lot more to do with today's economic problems, not to mention the general decline of western civilization.

This Mr. Jones called my mother and told her i had a felony warrent from a checj i wrote (which i did, it was for a 250.00 loan a few months ago before i had my son) for a check written. I always pay my loans back but this time ive fallen into hard times so i havnt been able to pay....YET. Anyway, this man called my mama and i called him he asked for my info and i gave it to him. He told me that i had to pay him 320.00. I told him i didnt have that to pay at this time. He knocked it down to 270.00. And tgat i had to pay it by the end of yesterday. Im still scared but after reading your posts about this samr man im a bit relieved. Can some1 plz give me more info about the whole loan thing and what time amount i have before a real warrent is set?

Tell him you reported him to the FBI and hang up on him. It is a fraud ring. I reported them and so did my attorney. My attorney said she gets lots of complaints about these racquets. Tell the guy they have been identied and the FBI will be arresting them. You won't hear from them again. Hopefully, the FBI will be arresting them soon.

It is a scam to extort money. They called today trying to extort money from my disabiled daughter! He was telling me all these things that my daughter did wrong and how she drove store to store and wrote bad checks and that he had them. I told him, "Well, buddy, you got caught in your lie and your scam because my daughter has a spinal cord injury and she doesn't drive nor write bad checks." I called my attorney who called them too. They are thugs and everything they are doing is illegal. My attorney said it is extortion and raquettering. I reported them to the FBI. If they call you again, tell them you have reported them to the FBI and they are going to prison and laugh at them. They want to intimidate you into giving them money. You really do need to report them to. We need to keep pressure on the FBI to arrest them. They are being investigated now but call anywya.

You do not have debt cleared. They are a fraud ring and the people have been identified and the FBI is filing charges against them the State Attorney Generals Office. You should not pay them any money.

I've read your posts. This so called Mr. Jones called my ex-husband to tell him he was sending a sherriff to my home to arrest my disabled daughter!!!!! I experienced the same things that all of you have posted. I called my attorney and she told me it was a scam and to not give them any information. Everything they said was illegal. He tried to scare me too. I got my Bible and began reading scripture to him. The devil hates that!!! We all need to file formal complaints and get everyone in that fraud ring arrested. He kept telling me, "well, it isn't too late to do something about this...we can keep her from going to jail." I told him, someone has to break the law in order to go to jail idiot. And, it is a court that orders a warrant for an arrest not an idiot like him.  I feel sorry for the poor people who fall into their trap. God bless you all and stay strong! Do not be afraid.

I got a call from this number today saying I was gonna b arrested on for two felony counts if I don't pay the amount I owe. everyone I was transferred to have me different information... I have enough problems in life without someone threatening me to go to jail... I cried cuz I was  scared.. I never been to jail or even closer do for this to come up was random and weird... If it wasn't for my husband I would have paid.. We also called the police and they are the ones that told us that it was a scam.. So Watever yu do DON'T PAY THEM ANYTHING BEFORE TALKING TO THE POLICE OUR DOING RESEARCH.. google is your friend..it helped me..

This call came fro some one else on my telephone: They were rude, unprofessional, nasty and threatening and they need to be shut down immediately. Even though the call was not for me, I sensed an evil, foul menace of a man named Gil Jones...that is the name that he gave. This is an abomination that there are people like this calling and threatening someone about files that they say that they have received and giving them 10 days to respond./ Slavery is over man. No one should have to endure such sick minds with such evil voices like this Gil Jones.

Called my work number twice said they were coming to arrest me today.  I said I was looking forward to it!  Called my cell and called my mother and asked for my dead father and told her I had two charges against me. Crazy people.  I spoke to my attorney and he said if they call again give his number to them.  They have no merit and are trying to extort money.

I HAVE ASKED RAY WHOEVER TO STOP CALLING MY JOB.  I ASKED HIM FOR A REFERENCE NUMBER AND A ADDRESS SO THAT MY ATTORNEY CAN DO INQUIRY.  HE JUST TALKS CRAZY TO ME AND KEEPS CALLING MY JOB LEAVING THREATING MESSAGES.

They said they were coming to arrest me on monday for an outstanding check. Which i don't even have a checking account. They called my employer and told them they were coming to arrest me. They left me like 4 messages from different numbers also. Watch out and don't pay them any money.
