Unfortunately I now know I've been scammed.  Govdocuprep.com is the email address used as well as advisesb.com.  Names are Katy Austin (info@advisesb.com) and Donna Gonzalez (dgonzales@govdocuprep.com).

I'm initiating a dispute and will turn this info to the authorities.
