My son received a phone call from this number, Agent Carter, stating my son was speaking on instant messenger with a 17 yr old girl and if he didnt go to Wal Mart and get a green doc pac and send $300 right away the FBI would be after him with a warrant for his arrest. I call the local (Chicago) police department and reported it - they said no way does it work this way. THIS IS A SCAM. This phone is a cell number and the so called underage female sent text message from this number and the "AGENT" also called from this number. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
