I got one aswell, said it was a dialing operator. Had music than a rude lady came on asked me to verify some info I said you have the wrong number she said she would remove the number but was rude and she hung up??? seems to be alot of these scams going on right now. they are only calling my home number as that is the only one. I feel sorry for the elderly that can easily get cought in this scam. I have elderly parents that get calls I only hope I have informed them enough to hang up on these calls. but they have peoples names.

I just got this number on my cell here in Arizona and when I answered it there was no one on the other line?!?

Been getting calls to my child's cell phone from this number. Call fails when trying to call back.  Also getting calls from 281-529-3150 and 623-931-5410.  Most of these keep asking for a "Mohammed" when they call.

It is a Nextel cell phone, probably a attempt at credit fraud or identity theft.
I would recommend never giving out personal information unless you know for positive who you are talking to.
Calling the number back fails.

They repeatedly call - two to five times per day and never leave a message. Just the number 312-296-8114 or variations of it show up on caller ID. Also based on previous comments, I looked up AIA National and nothing is found.

Yes, someone from this number alos called me and I am in California so cannot imagine why some random person from chicago would be calling me.

They called my cell phone. The screen read "Illinois", when I answered someone asked me to hold. Then someone said she was from AIA. She knew my name and address and wanted to verify my SSN. I kept asking the purpose of the call, but she said needs the info first. I finally just hung up.
