Agree this is a scam and he won't take no for an answer. Keeps texting my husband for our truck that he has never seen. I am thinking about seeing if we can catch this guy.

Got a text from this number saying he has agreed to by with the
Conditions...hum. wanted to use paypal to pay for car on Craigslist.
Figured has to be scam because Chicago is damn far away from
WA. State.
He called himself terry mark.

I just got a text message. He wants to buy my camper - sight unseen - for his uncle. He wants my PayPal account info but I told him I closed it a couple of years ago I'd only accept cash. He responded wanting me to open a new PayPal account.

This guy wanted to buy my excavator. He used the same name of John Barry. He said he was a marine overseas and that his uncle would pick up the equipment. After reading the above messages I am convinced it is fraud.

That same number just text me and said they would like to know if my car is for sale and what is my PayPal. I told the person if you want it you will need to come and see it and i would need cash before it left my driveway. I then called that number *67 so blocked my number since i could tell it was a scam and it was some Google call app Google has so its not really a cell phone. If they wanted my car they wouldn't have used that app

we've actually had the same number contacting us about a craigslist add online we posted. he is definitely not a marine at sea - as he states. beware of this - he is a scammer!

I have a camper for sale on Craigslist, This 312-379-9281 Number sent me a text and wanted my Paypal Account name and Pickup location and they where supposingly going to send me 9K thru my Paypal for a camper they only viewed online. I never supplied this info because it appears to be a scam they where constantly wanting my information. Would no accept an alternative to pay for this camper that they have not seen in person. WATCH OUT THIS IS A SCAM
