No Message

P I A  calls to many times.  I have put my number in the no call list but these stupid numbers keep calling

312-386-7114 3123867114 called me about a Lincoln Navigator and a contest I never entered. And yes, I think the cops, FBI, or maybe even the NSA needs to look into this one. The caller sounds like a black or an African American woman. She say something about her being a Heather Bradley (not sure about the spelling or the name) calling from "The Awards Claim Center". It sounds like there are people talking with ambient sounds in the back ground. The 800 number is 558-0796. She also states ,"contact me within 24 hours" and "Congratulations". There may be more then 1 of them doing this.
