received phone message on a sunday.  I looked up their number on the internet and called that (no, it was not the 7329 number left on the answering machine), only to be told they are closed.  If they are legit, I think someone is using their name to run a scam.  I always look up a company's phone number before calling back instead of blindly calling the number on the message.

Looking back over my cell phone calls I received ELEVEN calls from this number. No messages. They cost me money just to check them! It doesn't show a name just the number. But they're apparently debt collectors.  I have no debts.

Got five calls from this number and then they stopped. Hopefully that will be the end of it.

received call from 312-423-7329 on Aug 7, 12, 14, 21 and 23, 2013. I think all calls went to voice mail with no message left.

This number is from Harris & Harris, a Chicago-based collectioon company. One can answer the call and instruct the caller never to call your number again about this matter. We have the legal right to do so.

I have received calls from Arnold S. Harris several times a week for the last six months.  They leave a voicemail saying they are looking for Joe Henry Garcia.  They want me to give this message to Joe Henry Garcia and have him call "Mr. Scott"  The truth is that there is no Joe Henry Garcia at this address and never has been.
I have also received calls from other collectors looking for Aleria Garcia.  I suppose the Garcias had this phone number before it was assigned to me.  That was over five years ago.  It seems like the Garcias are long gone.

Have been receiving calls from this number for several months.  Very annoying!!!!

Receiving calls from this number on my cell, which I allow to go to voicemail. ---  but there isnt ever a message.                       I receive at least (2) calls per day... Monday thru Friday.

Looks like they are a collections firm for medical collections. I called and got stuck on hold for 5 minutes before finally hanging up.

Without the debtors they'd have to find another way to fleece people.

I have been receiving ongoing voice mail messages in my cell phone mail box with a message for Amanda XXXXXXX and to call back and ask for Mr Scott.  Looks like she fooled somebody and gave them a wrong number, meaning me.  

This is for the Law Offices of Harris and Harris which I assume is a collection agency.  I called and asked for a 800 number and was given 1-866-865-6250.  I called back and explained the situation.  I was asked what number they were calling (my cell phone) and was told they will remove the number from their list.  We shall see......

If you have a cell phone and these people are calling you on it, they are in violation of the Telephone Communications Protection Act (TCPA). Let them know that you do not allow them to call you on your cell phone and if they continue to do so that they will be in violation of TCPA. TCPA is new and requires that these companies have your written or verbal (in some instance) consent to call your cell phone.

Thanks for this information.  They have been calling my home phone for my grown son asking for us to inform him to return a call to a Ms. Smith.  Called them back tonight after hearing a recorded message from them asking them to stop calling my number. Got into a shouting match with whoever answered.  Unbelieveable!!  Hopefully it will stop the calls but will also send them a certified letter if I have to.

Message reports they have called several times, yet I only have two messages, both left within an hour of each other.  Asked that I return Ms Smith's call - very cryptic-

This is not a scam, but a really obnoxious collection agency. They robo called my phone several times a week for over a year, asking for someone I had never heard of. Following the directions during their call to remove your number will not work. I did the research and located the company, Harris & Harris, and called them directly, requesting them to stop calling, but that did not work either. I finally mailed a certified letter telling them to stop calling, and that worked beautifully. After a year of calls, it was worth the effort.

I just got a call from 312-423-7329 on my new Android. I've had this new phone for only three days and didn't pick up when I saw the unfamiliar number. I've given only two people I know this new number so far!!! Anyway, no message was left. I hope this does not become a nuisance!

broadwing communications llc.  The caller identified her company as harris and harris.  Turns out that the number is registered to broadwing communications llc.  Imposter??.

Interesting thing is name they ased for is used only by government agencies.  Really disturbing that the hacked govt records

Received call this morning.  Totally bogus debt.  I reported to FTC.  The phone called is not registered with anyone.  It would have required privacy violation for them to get that number

Have received calls from this number dozens of times on my cell, which I've allowed to go to voicemail. Then, this morning, I received yet another call on the land line here at the house...THIS is odd, because I have never used the home phone number for anything at all! It's not listed in my name, I've never given it for use as contact information in the 2 years that I've lived here...hell, I don't eveb know what the home phone number even is!

Caller ID Spoofing or maybe even phone spoofing !!!
