they called my job at least 20 times threaten me and my co workers

they help me by solving my case out of court

These guys are totally incompetent, rude, sexist and obnoxious.

They spout profanity and won't stop calling.

Wonder if there's a way to block them.

I too got a call being told in a vulgar manner that I was being sued and that a sheriff would be on their way. It's just an intimidating factor they try so you turn over your personal info. DO NOT DO IT!!  Luckily for me I work in electronic forensics and know these scams all to well.

They called our office yesterday over 20 times... The same guy called today and called one of the employees a w***e bc she said they had the wrong number, he called right back... So I answered and said the pledge of allegiance..... And said this is America. He called right back and I said the pledge again. Since then he didn't call again we will tomorrow or Monday. But we will song the star spangle banner this time. Maybe rehearse our bill of rights... They harrass us well they won't get anything from us so they should stop calling I hope, and it's still bob farmers calling for an employee saying she owes money and will go to jail, guess what buddy we know your a scam bc it's illegal to make calls like that in America! So done with this guy!

They call several times demanding to talk to a particular employee or the manager, when I answered as manager they demanded that a message given to the employee, when push about if it was a personal call or business call they got aggravated and started threatening to harass our business until the employee calls.

they started calling my cell phone a few months back and i told them they had the wrong number...now they started calling my work place today over 20 times with in 20-30 min. the person identified himself as bob and he was calling from chicago..he had a heavy indian accent....and i could hear multiple people in the background....he threaten and harrased saying that if i didnt pay i would go to jail, i would get sued. we work in a health establishment and he was clogging our phone lines. at one point there was 3 lines at the same time asking for me and threating. we called the non emergency number and filed a report since the harrassment was severe. SCAM SCAM SCAM

They can't give you any proof because there IS no proof.  Which, by the way - you should only accept MAIL - not email or fax.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

As you are at work, talk to your boss to see if they record incoming calls. It's also very important that it's legal in your State, even though you are talking to criminals. When they call, begin every conversation with "This call is being recorded". It's that, or transfer the call to the company lawyers.

These men. Edward Marshall and Bob Farmer and Robert Jacobs, keeps calling wanting me to pay a debt, with out any paper work.  Just go to the cvs and pick up a prepaid card and put the funds on it and call them back with the number and then I will receive my confirmation of payment.  Really!  when I mention to send me an email with their address or a letter with there letterhead, they tell me no!!!!  then they keep calling asking to speak to my supervisor.  they call me 15 times today and yet, they will not give me any information in writing.  

They called my cell phone several times and I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number. Then they got my direct work number and called. They told me there was a lawsuit filed against me and my social security number and would I like to know what it was about. I told the man (who sounded like he was from India) that if I had a lawsuit filed against me, my attorney would have let me know. He then asked didn't I want to know what it was. I told him no, because I wasn't paying him any money to find out and I hung up. He called right back, I didn't answer.

They called threatening me.  

This number has contacted our BUSINESS several times to the point where they are tying up our phone lines and we can not assist other clients. They threaten by stating they will send a sheriff to serve with papers and demand payment and call you names to intimidate
