Received call from this number several times over the last couple of weeks.  I did not answer and no message was left on voicemail.  Obviously some sort of telemarketer.  I do not know anyone personally in the 312 area code.

"Legal Helpers" displayed on caller ID. Did not leave voice mail message. Area Code 312 is Chicago area. No legitimate reason to receive call from this number.

ignorant other end lady with no tongue to talk. all background jibber. My guess is they just want to find out if your line is live then have hundreds of scammers call you down the road.
