I got a phone call from this number the person on the line was very theating and rude he even yelled iusults at my wife lets get him so he will stop.

I received a call from 312-473-2701 but the guy said his name was dave marshall, and that i owed a payday loan from a company i've never even heard of, nor done business with, he said they have 3 charges against me and i told them i didn't take out the loan, so he then says well you can pay a $150 identity theft fee and then the investigation will stop and it will all so away, but he wanted my debit card number, I told him No, He wouldn't provide me with any info on the so called charges, i asked for papers in the mail so i could look them over before i pay anything, he said that was impossible! Then threatened me with sending officers to my house, contacting my employer! So i told them i would call back, I looked them up and this is what i'm finding out SCAM! So i contacted my local police department, My job and i filed a report with the FTC, and contacted my bank. This is very scary but i'd like to find them and show them what being scared is like!! I hope they get caught! Also i received emails from them in my spam. and they emails were from a Jeff Miller. They were fake legal documents that didn't even know how to put a sentence together, They claim to be calling from Civil Financial Services!

I have received callings from 9 different numbers claiming that I owe on a payday loan and if I dont pay I will be arrested and lose my job. Just like you all have said, calling my home isnt as bad as when they call your job - thank goodness I have a great office staff who just says contact him at home.  Here are the numbers and names to warn you all:

This is like the 3rd time i have recd one of these calls this week....this time the guys name was Jeff Miller (with a very Indian accent)...he tried to get my social sec number and said as of this Friday, July 27th, i will no longer have a job and they will be arresting me!!!!...right!!......i could not even get out of him the name of the company.........i do have a pay day loan out...called them...we are square......i told him if he didnt stop calling me i will call the police and the BBB.......

I got a call from a Jeff Miller, who sounds like he is from India, and he threaten me with a law suit against my SSN. I have a payday loan, which is active and my company said they have not contacted me. I turned this person over to the FBI when he called a couple of years ago saying his name was Joe ......

I recieved several calls from this number even have the voicemail saved still from a few weeks ago left on my cell phone ..Then got a call at my place of work and I do believe the caller on the other end of this phone number 312-473-2701 stated his name was Jeff Miller Don't know to many people from INDIA named JEFF MILLER when I asked when the loan was recieved he could not give me a date just said within the last TWO YEARS I laughed I have NEVER TAKEN OUT A LOAN I contacted my bank and they confirmed no money was ever wired into my account PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!! And If the person on the other end of this phone number is reading this please know if you call my cell phone home phone or place of work ever again I WILL BURN YOU!!!!!!

It is fraud. They are just trying to get money. They keep call me. They said i had a warrant out on me for checking bad checks and using fake banking account. do not fall for it. Because I call the place they said and no one knows my name and no action have been taken out on me. Report them.

This guy paul Smith has been calling me telling me I'm going to jail because I got a little behind on a payday loan I looked up a blog by Pete Low (Payday loan Blogger) and he said that most likely not to happen "I hope not anyway" but pete says these guys are real bottom feeders and to not let them scare you because each state has a different law, To make a long story short I told them to cut it out and that I'm working on getting their money back "hope it works" wish me luck if not see you in 5 to 10 LOL.

I just got the same call and figured it out that it was a fraud call. He is trying to be slick to trick you into some payday loan. So, I called back got the same guy who called me, he told me to hold on while he transfer me to his senior officer. The person who tansferred me to what he called the senior officer had the same voice. He new my name and I knew his voice. It appears to be one guy doing this operation. After I realized what was going on I told him you are the same person calling me and the same person acting like your the senior officer and that if he called me again I would notify BBB and the police. He said ok he would stop. Be careful!!

I just received a phone call from "Paul Smith" who said he was a lawyer and that he was tracking this call to confirm my address. I was scared. I told him to get his camel riding a** out of my country and not to call anyone else again, or else. Do not let these idiots scare you. I wish you could forward their calls to me. They have my number blocked so I can not call them.

I got a phone call from this place stateing they were taking legal action against me? They has my SSN and personal info and said they were going to seek the fullest exent of the law to collect a debt?
When I statrted to ask questions they gave me vague answere and didnt seem interested in discussing who the debt was for or why they were calling my place of work.
I checked with my local courthouse to ask if anything had been filed against me and they informed me that there are lots of people who "Fish" for information or try to bully you into some kind of payment agreement. they told me to contact the Attorny Generals office and to file a complaint with the Better Business deptment which I did.

I have received a phone call from this number. They said that they were a collections place. They had my bank account info, my social security number, and my address. They did not tell me who the debt was for. They said there was a lawsuit being filed against me.  I only have 2 current debts. So I called both of my debt places and they said they did not call and that neither of them were filing lawsuits. I don't know who these people are but they have my information. When I call the number back, it says, "this is paul with css, please leave a message." Can anyone help me out? I tried to research CSS and found nothing.
