I keep getting a call from this number they are harassing me saying I took out 300 dollars on a unsecured loan but I never received the funds at all what should I do ?

I had the same problem also. So what I did was tell them that I am recording them and that I have my lawyer on the line with me andhe hung up immediately. This is a SCAM!!! I was told that I would spend 90 days in jail, I will lose my job, and my social security number will be in void. The people from Chicago, Illionois and they are telemarketers posing as police officers and ended up having all my information but I got them and got them good!!

Got a call from this number saying there is an investigation on me also...had the last four digits of my ss# and called me at work to boot. Said I owe money and I could either pay it back or go to court. Never got any money deposited in my acct...

Scammer; there is no such thing. Call them scamming thieves, and if possibly, blow a metal whistle or signal horn. But just create a "scammer" contact and list them under it, and if possible, make it a "no ring" contact. They'll get tired eventually of no answer. But then, again, maybe I'm dreaming.

Someone from this number keeps calling and harassing me saying that there is an investigation about my last 4 digits of my social security number, etc.
I keep stating I have notified all 3 credit reporting agency's and I tell them not to call me anymore and hang up phone.
