Got a call a few weeks ago, picked up...nothing was said
They called 3 days ago...telemarketers
They called yesterday and I didn't answer! Next time they call I will take adolar advice and request number be removed and if not I will file a complaint!

Man claiming to be from Allstate insurance and wanted to offer me be rate for my insurance both car and home.

No message left but I called back and the automated system said it was Southwest Credit Systems. Google-fu revealed their website at: http://www.sw-credit.com/

The company's description makes it clear that, as you would expect, it is a debt-collection agency:
"Southwest Credit Systems L.P. is a national provider of accounts receivable management services to small and large companies in the Communications, Education, Utility, and Financial Services industries."

I called that # last night. Someone answered. He indicated that my # keeps calling him. He was very upset. JUst block the # like I did.

They keep calling , when i answer the phone, a recording says : "call from..." Sounds like someone wants to make a collect call and the n nothing happens. Very annoying.

Got calls from this # under different names:  one is HBW, the ohter is V21181352004524646430,
what is this??  WIsh they would all stop!

Will some one please shut this number down.  

We have been getting these calls for months.  I've asked to taken off the list, I've pressed 2 to disconnect, and they call almost daily.  I just called our local All State Insurance office to report it to them.  I was told that HBW is a telemarketing gimmick to get leads for All State.  They were unaware of the abuse and will contact the company.  
If you get calls repeatedly....call Allstate and complain.

Calls repeatedly.  They should be reported to some authority.  I have told them not to call again and it keeps happening.

Why do I receive a call from 312-477-0335 every day? They leave no message but call sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I want them to stop calling. Now did they even get my number?

Who is HBW and why do they call every day without leaving a message?

1/30/2013 - got the dead air phone call and then a hang up.  Tracked the number and no information is available - not even the carrier.  Using this site, I tracked down HBW and called them.  Spoke to Nick and told him what I thought of this type of call.  The normal apology ensued.  I explained to him I wasn't impressed and reminded him that in Minnesota these calls are illegal.  He replied he has auditors whose job is to prevent this from happening.  I had fun telling him that clearly his 'Auditors' are incompetent because calls from this # date back to 2011. I also explained that should I now receive a call from any insurance agency as a result of this robocall verifying that my # was live, I would file a complaint against his company and the offending insurance agency to my state AG and FCC for violating the robocall law.

man claimed to be from State Farm offering free auto insurance quotes and then messed up in the middle of questions and said he was from Allstate. I already have Allstate. He messed up also stating that he had me living in the wrong zip code and then proceeded to tell me the wrong street address all along acting like he knew who he was talking to. What a scam.. I'm glad I didnt offer my DL # or SSN. I hope they cant scam me with my name and DOB. UGH!!

This is a new one for us. I'll see how many times they call, but particularly if it's at bad times, then I'll block them.

I felt unconfortable how they found my phone #.

Same results as anyone else. When your answering device answers the call, no one responds. HBW shows up on caller ID.
