Didn't get the caller ID, but "Tyler" in Chicago will do. Oh, lots of people are getting these calls from (855) 841-6084 as well, which is the number I'm being asked to call.

Maybe my very good news is that they won't call me anymore!

Same experience on 5-03-13.  Caller  ID showed Bill Bently. Caller hung up when we answered the phone.  Therre have been seve\ral calls  from that number.

I also received a call from Bill Bentley @ 312-488-1851.  It was a prerecorded message informing me that I was a winner of $50k cash in a sweepstakes that had recently ended.  The recording also stated he was calling from the "National Notification Department" and I should call them back @ 855-545-7296 to claim a prize.  Didn't call them after researching and reading about all the bogus scams behind this.  Seems "Bill" is a very busy recording...

Wow, this has been ongoing scam for a long time, esp the name remains Bill Bentley!!. Here is my incidence

Just received a voice mail message from "Peter? from the Awards Notification Department (company not specified) stating that I had entered a drawing for $50,000.00 cash sometime in the last year. He has a good news that I won and asked me to call back toll free 866-861 6525......

Since I never entered any sweepstake and my home phone, a digital phone from Charter, also gave me extra info who is the one that left me that particular message. The CID from that voice mail is from phone number 1-312-488 1851 which showing the name Bill Bentley.

I never call them back, pretty sure it's scam.

Just got a call from " Bill Bentley"  312-488-1852. I didn't answer, let it go to fax. The national do not call registry means nothing to these people...and according to these posts he's been around since 2007! It is very frustrating, I cannot seem to get these solicitors, fundraisers, and phone surveys to quit! We can't change our number, we've had it since 1987, and it's the only number my husband remembers when he is having a medical emergency! I hope the diaper system likes my fax:)

He's still on the loose.  Got a call this AM but did not answer the freakoid?that's what I call it.

I got a message saying that I could win $25,000 which wanted me to call back. Ha-ha. I am on the "Do Not Call List."

Got a call today from Pierre at prize distribution center asking that I call back right away to claim the $25,000.00 prize I had entered a drawing for during the past 12 months.  I don't enter prize drawings for anything but local raffle quilts.   Pierre asked that I call back at 1 855 841 6089.   I hope Pierre gets his
frites salted by a fraud like he is.

Caller left message from a Bill Bently  312-488-1851 saying congratulations he had good news about a $25,000 contest I entered and won.
Upon attempts to return call to the call back number of 800-960-0083   they said I had won a trip to the Bahamas.  Several calls later the message changed a $100 visa gift card.

Received call, at time leaving voice message when I picked up it was recorded message did not get call back 1-800 # said I won $50,000.  Attempted to *69 and this number came up however u call back u get busy signal.

I just received a call and voice message from 312-488-1851, Bill from the Prize Notification Center.  Apparently I am a winner of $50,000 from an entry "made sometime in the last 18 months".   I did not call the 877-249-6404 # back, but decided to google it instead.  Good idea I guess.  I'm supposedly on the do not call list too.  Does it even exist because I get calls from telemarketers all the time.  Do payphones exist anymore?  Maybe I'll find one and call the 877 # back from their.

This is a way for them to validate your number. If you answer or call the 800 number then they have validated your number and you will begin receiving a lot of spam calls.

I recieved a call from a bill bentley, saying I have won something......I called the number that was on my phone...caller id..... 312 488 1851.....did not get a ringing sound.....thanks for letting me know that this is a scam.....

Voicemail was left from caller ID Bill Bentley. Called back, no ring, no answer (empty circuit). Same racket as 866-430-3177. Bogus.

I called back.
The phone did not ring on the other end.

I'm also on the Do Not Call list and find this highly annoying.

I just received the same "sweepstakes" call from a Bill Bently at the Prize Distribution Center as previously mentioned here - 312 area code.

Old news.  I'll be disconnecting my land line soon, going to disposable cell phones and moving into that old missile silo I just bought from Bill's cousin.

I keep an air horn by the phone for the LIVE callers who are adventurous.

We received a call also sat. June 19. Stating the same thing.

I received a call from this number on my voice mail saying congratulations I've won a lincoln navigator.  Call back to an 866 number to go from there.  The phone caller ID is from a "Bill Bentley"...  sounds phishy.

Looks like these calls have been going on for over a year. Has no one reported these calls to authorities? Does 800notes.com only work as a bulletin board for continued unsolved scams or do they take some steps to stop the scams listed?

This seesmt o be a scam for summer cabin sales. Yes, I have won the ESCALADE Fantastic SUV, but I have to Go to a special presentation and register my name for the final winner's draw about 75 miles away from my city, they would not "Deliver" SUV I am suppose to have won to the local dealer in my town who is only 5 miles from my place!!! To me it is a SCAM...
