Although your name is not common, it is definitely not entirely "your name", I'm sure on this planet, somewhere, their is another with your same name.
That said....
The person who made the post can not edit his post to remove the name.
What you need to do is click the Report button (the [ ! ] button) on the post in question and enter a reason why you want the name removed. The forum moderators can then edit it out.

Excuse me Bill... But how did you come up with that name for the caller?  That's my name and not only did I not call anyone nor am I a telemarketer and also that is not my phone number... Please remove my name from your post because when I google me name I am associated with something I have nothing to do with... Thank you, Edlira

This number was on my cell as a missed call. It's been on there a few times I have no idea who or what this is.

I got the call from this number yesterday. No message left.(Florida).

I just got a call but didn't answer. If they call again I am going to answer and pretend to be very confused, like I have dementia.

Called my cell phone at 3:45 PM CST - no voicemail. I was at work so I didn't pick up.

Just called my cell phone and I didn't answer since I didn't recognize #. I called it back and it says the call did not go thru. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I have not registered for anything free with my cell phone. If I ever register for anything, I put my home # down. How can we stop unwanted calls using our minutes on our cell phones?

Received a call last evening; they left a message telling me to press #1.   The call was on my cell phone which is registered on the Do Not Call list.

Received a phone call from 312-506-5081 at 8:55 p.m.  Didn't answer it. Will place it on my blocked list.

My opinion differs, i think it's useful to know that others get the same type of calls.  Now that i know this number calls ppl all over the country w/out leaving messages i won't wonder if i missed an important call -upstate NY

Got a call from this number saying I had won something that I signed up for.  I never sign up so I hung up before I heard what I hadn't won.

Received a call, caller ID said it was from IL, USA. Didn't answer it. Listened to the left voicemail stating it was Carnival Cruise and that I have been selected for a special package, what people have commented about earlier.

called my cell - did not answer it. Knew it was spam.

KY -  No msg left.  I don't normally pick up for unknown numbers because 99% of them are telemarketers.
