this number has called for several days now. leaves no message when goes to voicemail, but makes my phone ring. I do not know this number and have not given my number out except to family. where they to call from another number they would leave a message in voicemail. I do not want this person or persons to call me.

Total scam claiming the Secretary of State notified them I was paying too much for car insurance. About as believable as those Nigerian "I have 10M dollars for you" scams.
