Sheesh! A survey is not telemarketing! They're not trying to sell you a thing. They're just trying to see where the hospital may need room for improvement. Is that so bad of them? Lighten up guys. Not all calls are scams or sales calls. In this case it's a quality control call. I guess people are just too uptight to be a part of it. I will answer next time now that I know the nature of the call. I just had surgery 2 wks ago. The hospital was great to me. I will let them know the good job they did & not just the whiny complaints.

Nobody cares that you are the DNC list but still got a call! This is let people know who called you not just to say Im on DNC list but got a call anyways. How is that helpful as to nature of the caller? It's not just btching.

received call from CALLER ID  " chicago" but the area code does not show. no. 765-7335 shows . i was in hospital recently . maybe it is a hospital survy but if they do not leave msg i chose not t o pick up calls i dont recognize

I just received a call from 312-765-7335 today 2-24-14 at 4:44 PM & once before on 2-21-14 at 3:25 PM and of course they didn't leave a message. This is why i usually don't answer numbers i don't know. Because it always seems to be some crap i don't want to be bothered with anyways. But from reading some of the other posts it was most likely a MEDICAL SURVEY. Since i was at the ER a couple of weeks ago. But WTF if a had a complaint i would of called somebody and said something. Otherwise they should just figure that everything was fine during my visit. How stupid are they? Or are they just trying to make sure their job seems important enough so they don't get fired? Watch the show "House of Lies" on Showtime or Netflix. On the show they even say that they're ripping people off and how useless they are. It's an awesomely great show though. So check it out if you can.

Received unwanted call and caller keeps dialing.  I have never done any business with this number.

No one has the right to 'telephone'you for surveys regarding hospital or physicians...this is private information and unless they put it in writing....forget it!

You're kidding, right?  If the DNC registry actually WORKED and was enforced, we wouldn't all be here reporting and excahnging info on all the scumbags, solicitors and scammers that utterly ignore the DNC list.  If you also read the fine print of the DNC list or services that you HAVE to use, anyone you do business with AND their 'affiliates" can call you, DNC list or not.  If you shop at Walgreens you are giving them your 'permission' to call you. So can all their aassociates. ANything you purchase gives that company the "right" to call you. Google tracks and sells every move you make to every marketer out there by reading your email (yes, seriously). If you go to the ER the hospital has the "right" to call you or give your info to ALL and any drug companies, related "goverment" factions that tweak health care.  The DNC is a joke. It's like the button on a street light that tells you to push to if you want to cross  so the light turns in your favor faster.  It's amazing to me that sites like these are jammed full of tens of toushands of people getting called/scammed/harrassed by the same bunch of people/numbers/companies and yet the Gov can't do anything? Why does the phone company even ALLOW spoofed numbers or those out of country to HAVE 800 numbers.  When the phone company and Gov. stop allowing loopholes and decitful use of our phones, it will all stop. If they go about it going after one telemarketer at a time it's a lost cause like the War on Drugs. The LAWS that allow this need to be fixed.    Staying at a hospital or going to have my blood drawn does not mean I have to give the hospital and it's minions the "right" to call me 7 times a day. End of story

OK Everyone- it's just a survey on YOUR recent Hospital stay.  Were you or a family member just in the Hospital.  Its not that big of a deal- answer their survey to improve any issues you may have had in the hospital. It's NOT asking about YOU or your medical info- just .if you had good or bad service while in there. Stop complaining "I'm on a DNC list"- Everyone is. Pick up the phone next time. They stop calling after that.

Third day in a row. Reported each to DNC. Don't expect any results.

Just came here to Vent?  Go to the DNC site, there you will find a toll free number,  dial it,  then opt out of the registry.  Problem solved, you will have peace of mind.

DNC is a JOKE! Why have it? I have NEVER received as many annoying calls as I have lately.

Called the number back and it is PRC - it is a healthcare survey.  PRCOnline.com for more information.  We were in the immediate care recently so I am guessing it has something to do with the service there.  I did not stay on the line to take the survey.

312-765-7335 called around 8:05 PM CST and left no message...since I am job hunting, I called back early the next day and found out the following:- Welcome to PRC (Professional Service Consultants) - this call may be monitored/recorded, at this point I just hung up as I am not requiring consultant services.
