He lives just outside of Las Vegas with his dad. Alert authorities there and let them address the issues. He might able to avoid jail time by declaring himself legally insane. This guy has some serious issues.

Some guy named Ben. Creepy guy calls asks for money. Don't send him anything!

This ignorant man called and left lewd and threatening messages. He claims to have a business that helps people out of financial troubles. After researching him on the net I have decided not to work with him. I cannot find a current address on this individual. Does anybody have current address info? I would like to find out what exactly he does for individuals. I work for a watchdog group that prevents people like this man. Please post any info you have on him or his business details. thanks.

I live in the same building as this loser. He is a broke and talentless con man who has been squatting in a foreclosed condo for the last 2 plus years. Nobody in my building can stomach him and everyone is counting down the days until he gets kicked out. He stole money from me and a friend during an apartment showing that was a sham and probably took several others money as well. every now and then I see him walking around the building. I know he is still scamming people because there are so many articles on this fat punk.

His name is Ben Narter. He has been scamming people for  years. I know ths because he scammed me. In order to put a stop to his theft we have to come together and contact the  Illinois attorney general and report him. Also contact local tax authorities and tell them he is running an illegal business and not claiming his taxes. this is really the only way it will come to an end. Otherwise he will just continue to scam and take peoples hard earned money. He lies and decieves people who are in a bae financial condition. This guy has no heart whatsoever and is after one thing only. Money.

These are the same calls that I recieved from Benny...or whatever this creeps name is. Vulgar, threats.
Report him to local and state law enforcement. Save your voice mails, txt messages. Eventually he will be caught.

Scam artist. Just wants your money. When you say no he will get upset and then starts threatening. Doesn't answer his phone. reported him to Illinois Attorney General.

This guy Benny Marter is saying that he will help you get free money for your heat/electric bill. all you have to do is pay him 75$ for his time of doing all the paper work. I called him out on it and he yelled at me and then called me back to continue yelling at me when i hung up on him. I will be going to my local cops and hopefully something can get done so that no one else falls for it or gets treated like i did. If you call his number it goes right to voice mail and then he calls you back right away. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS MAN OR ANSWER CALLS THAT COME FROM UNKNOWN NUMBERS.

These are the same messages and threats that this creep left on my cell phone. I reported to the local police and FBI and also Illinois State Attorney's Office. Why is this guy getting away with this?? Seems that they should be able to track this sicko with IP address, phone tracking, some way?? Since I reported to all of these agency's I have not heard a word back. This is harassment and extortion at it's worst and this guy should be locked up!!  When you post about this creep, please note whom you spoke with and reported so we can all do the same. I'll press charges if he is ever caught!!

Just do a google search on his name and phone number and you will see that you shouldn't do business with a person like this. He is out for your money and nothing else. He will lie and tell you what you want to hear. If you are that bad shape then you have no business giving a scam artist your money. Research anybody before you do business with them. Rule of thumb. With todays wonderful technology at your fingertips you can research someone for free. It is sad but this is just the way it these days. So many con artists out there trying to get your money. Be careful and always research before you send anything!

This guy is an a***ole and a sham.  He calls out of the blue and leaves a message on your voice mail about a "Sales Date" on your home.  

I'm not even late on my mortgage.  When you call him, he's trying to sell Loan Mod services.

My guess is he's using an Attorney Front scam.  

What an A***ole!  I can only hope he joins Bernie Madoff in the Grey Bar Inn.

The person who is doing all of these scams is a man named Ben narter. He has in fact been doing this for years and has taken tons of money from people. I know because I was one of them. I can't believe he is still at it. If you want to track him down I suggest reporting him to  either the authorities or to a tax authority for it is doubtful he pays any taxes on the money that he steals. Also, go to the illinois attorney general to report him. And keep tha email he sen you that may constitute for something with the local police. Best of luck. This guy will go down. It's only a matter of time.

This guy Benny is the biggest scam artist I have ever seen just like Burney Madoff they have a  lot in common with ripping people off. I reported this guy to the Federal Trade Commission. What legitimate company calls people at 10:00pm and rambles off there sales pitch about modification of there mortgage. this is the following e-mail Benny sent to me today:

What police station??? When anyone replies to these posts, PLEASE post who they have contacted, names, etc, so that all of us that have been contacted by this creep can give follow-up information. Let's get this creep once and for all before he scams some innocent person that is having a hard time due to this bad economy!!!!

Yes....this guy is a crook, a fraud and needs to be behind bars!!! ....he did the same to me. I notified the local police, FBI, consumer complaints, on several occasions. Just when you think he's moved on he will call you again or text some filthy message. I want to see this creep behind bars!!!!!!!!!! Don't give up, report him to all the agencys. I did a reverse phone check. Says he lives in Illinois. I reported him to the Illinois State Attorney's Office. Good Luck!!! I will travel to this guys trial if he is caught!!! I want to look this little creep in the face and see them take him away!!  He thinks he smart, but he will be caught....just a matter of time for his slip up!

I spoke to someone at the police station and they said there is a current investigation involving this man and over a dozen complaints. The officer told me it was just a matter of time before they get him. Whew!

I received a voice mail from someone claiming to be with the legal department of my mortgage company. I called the number back and this guy answered and started asking questions about my mortgage modification. I hung up on him. He called right back and I in the meantime called the company that IS handling our situation. They tried calling him and got a voice mail. They left their information and they never got a call back.

After I got off the phone with our rep. this person called me back again. I had my son answer the phone and he rattled off his sales pitch. I got on the phone and hung up again. He called right back and i did not answer my phone so he left a message on my voice mail. He called me ugly names, for example f--king w***e and many more. He dropped the F bomb many times. He said his name is Denny, but that is probably as fake as the company he works for.

I called the police here and I am going to call the police where he is. I am also alerting the news people in atlanta.
