They called and left a  message saying it was a Blue Cross Blue Shield Survey ay 8:30 PM

This number calling me two times this week and didnt leave a message.

Caller ID displayed Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Did not leave a message.

3 calls from them when I picked up my phone this evening.  I keep my ringer off in class all day, but I wouldn't pick up an unknown # anyways.  Is there no recourse for unsolicited phone calls that don't leave messages?

i get calls from this number at least once a day.  always at different times.  never leaves a message.

This number shows up on my caller ID frequently.  What in the world do they want.  So ANNOYING!

10/21/11  called my cell and did not leave a message.

It is a company called Synovate (http://www.synovate.com).  They conduct surveys.  The surveyed they contacted concerned Blue Cross.  Since this was the 3rd time they'd called without leaving a message, I returned the call.  The mailbox was full, so I starred out to the covering extension and spoke to a living, breathing person.

She told me they are not allowed to called mobile phones.  And, she promised to take my number out of their survey data base.

Someone from this number has called my cell phone 3 times per night for the last 5 nights in a row. All calls have been late at night while I've been sleeping.  Tonight I'm going to answer and see what their deal is...they need to stop calling me.

Caller ID  BCBS but when I didn't answer they didn't leave a message. I am a subscriber but don't want to answer any surveys or anything else.

It is a bogus spam survey group and there is no linked information to your personal health insurance. Block that number (312-775-1289) from your Block List.

These feedbacks reviews from all of these users are correct. I receive calls from this number on any given day from Chicago IL, and they never leave any messages. It is Blue Cross Blue Choice Survey. Why would they do survey calls on Sunday? I blocked their number on my block list. These fools will not stop, so I suggest you block the number.

I only answer numbers I know so I haven't ever answered the calls, but I think it's BCBS. They call at all hours of the day and night and never leave a message. I'm getting very annoyed.

Blue Cross was kind enough to provide me with a number to remove me from this call list. The number is 866-320-4607.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number 312-775-1289 in the evenings at odd hours like everyone else here. When I contacted Blue Cross, they were kind enough to investigate and they, sadly, found that it was a legitimate survey on their behalf. It is a survey company in Chicago Illinois, called Survey Synovate.

Third call from them received received...this has happened at least three times now.  I talked to them once (very late, driving home from work).  I asked them how they had gotten my cell phone #...they did not say, but wanted me to take a survey. I said I did not have BCBS, and did not want to be contacted on my phone as it is for stictly friends and family.Just received a call...did not answer.  Anyone have any luck, stopping this?  The times I don't pick up, there is no message left.  This is the third call I have received in three weeks.

they called almost every other day. did not leave msg. they even called late at night at 11pm.

Called me on a Fri night at 10:05 PM and a Tue night at 9:55 PM.  Didn't answer either time.  Tried calling back after the second one and it was just dead air, not even a ringing sound on the other end.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Customer Survey.  I asked the other day for them not to call me again, I don't have time for this.  Called tonight at 10:30pm.  I am cranky when I don't get enough sleep and do rash things.....like call and cancel my insurance policy to a company that will leave me the F alone.  I haven't had a claim in months and my bill is on auto-pay....no need to bother me!

Last night (Sunday) at 8PM I received a call from this number (312-775-1289) saying they were Blue Cross BluShld) asking if I was the person who makes medical appointments for the household.  I found this a little unnerving as I knew it was not common practice to do this.  Sunday night at 8pm?????Who are they kidding.  I didn't fall from a load of pumpkins coming into town.  I don't believe for one minute it was BCBS.  What a weird opening question!!!!!!!  I tried to terminate the conversation but the caller didn't seem to understand what I said a couple times so I  hung up and will not be answering next time.

This number has called my cell twice in the last week or so.  I missed the calls both times but no message was left.  I called the number back last time, no answer.  They're already annoying me, and I don't even know who it is.  Stop calling me....
