Got a text message from this number.  AVG Antivirus Free edition for Android has a message blocker feature, so i just added the number to that list in addition to reporting it.  Ridiculous but predictable that they have moved to text messages.  The do not call list is an effing joke.

I also got a call from this number with a very obscure message. I'd love to know how to stop this annoyance. They didn't identify who they were, found it very odd.

I just got a call from this number that I had signed up for a cruse and won.  I pressed the 1 to let them know I'm on the no call list  but they hung up on me.

Was a robo-call with woman's voice saying to speak to a cruise specialist, press one number, or to be removed from their call list, press another number.  I wouldn't answer the phone and deleted the message afterwards.  I didn't sign up for any cruises, and am on the Do Not Call List, so I shouldn't be getting these calls!  The caller ID said "Out of Area."

I don't answer numbers I don't know, but my hubby picked it up instead (because I have been getting a lot of calls with no messages which frustrates both of us) . . . he got an automated message saying I filled out a survey for Royal Caribbean (which I don't recall) and he had two choices 1) continue to hear further offers, or 2) be removed from the list.  I am on the Do Not Call list but I get calls ALL the time.

It was a robocall stating I'd won a free cruise, which I never signed up to win. Would guess it's just a scam to get a credit card number from you. Robocalls are illegal, even if your number is not listed in the Do Not Call registry.

Apparently the Federal NO CALL list is just a cruel joke.  Added to my list of blocked numbers.

I got a call about 10 minutes ago from this number. My husband answers and told him we won a cruise. Yeah right. I don't remember entering into a drawing or anything. He was told to pay the sales tax of 98 dollars per person and asked for the credit card info. He said talk to my wife, all I did was hang up because I knew it was a SCAM!!!!! Don't talk to these people these are your typical con artists trying to get your credit card number, take your money and you get nothing in return. BEWARE!!!! It was my cell phone that they called

Robocall telling me I had filled out a card for a free cruise and had won; press 1 to talk to an associate. I filled out no such card; I have no interest in cruises.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone... Tried to call it back and after a long silence and what sounds like call center background noise...there was a recorded message that said,"Due to events beyond our control....your call can not be completed at this time!!"

I just received a call from this number in which the caller claimed to represent the carnival cruise Line.  I asked how my number was obtained, and I recieved two diferent answers, the first was that it was rndomly slected and the secodn was that I must have been a past customer, and that Carnival Cruise line deals with 400 differnt Travel agencies.  I asked for more speicfic infrmation as well as Coorprpate HQ and was given Wacker Street in Chicago, Illinois.  Supposedly I was speaking to someon who identified himslef as Simon James.  I told this indivdual that i was going to reprot him anyway. No one should have called me at home.  My number is not only on the Do Not Call List, but my husband dels with repuatble agencies in booking business flicts, hotel reervations and so forth.  I am postive that none of these comapnies with whom my husnband deals is affialited with crnival cruise Lines.  I reported this scam to FTC.gov.

Please report this number to the Better Bussiness Bureau. I get calls from other numbers as well and this a cell phone. Please, please, please take care of this probelm.

Don't know who this was, I didn't answer the call, didn't recognize the number. Web info tells it is a telemarketer. I'm on a "NO CALL" list for that junk.

I was at a trade show recently and opted for more info about cruises so I thought this had something to do with it so I pressed 1. Rep came on the line and said "congratulations" etc etc etc. He said that the way things work when people win stuff in America is that they pay for the cruise, food, etc, but I am responsible for the taxes associated with it. It's a government requirement that the person who won pays for that, apparently.

It's over $170 taxes per person, and they ask that I bring one person, so over $300 due today. He said that he would take my credit card info over the phone, then transfer me to some person to verify, blah blah blah, then I'd get an email confirmation with my travel portfolio.

Yeah, right...Sorry but I'm not giving out my credit card information to anybody who calls me.

Pressed 1, got a live agent asking for my name. When I said he should know my name since he called me- he hung up. SCAM

yeah i just got a call from these jerkoffs too.  this is my cell phone for crying out loud.  and it is on  the no-call list of course, but there is a law that prohibits cell phones from being called by telemarketers.  i dont have any credit cards either.

This number called and the robot said I had signed up for a Caribbean cruise (I wouldn't go on a cruise if I was paid to do so!).  I pressed "1" to talk to the real person.  When he answered, I gave him three long shrill blasts from the whistle I keep next to the phone to use with telemarleters.

This number called my phone and left no message.  I do not know anyone in the Chicago area.

I've got all our numbers on the worthless Do Not Call Registry. 312-800-9001 called my cell phone today. I sent the call to voice mail. The voice mail picked up the end of an automated recording stating to press 1 now to be placed on their do not call list. Yeah, right.

I save calls like this one in my cell phone's contact list, under a contact named Telemarketer Scum. I have the phone set up to never answer calls from "Telemarketer Scum," and it seems to greatly diminish the repeat calls. This contact on my phone currently has about 30 scummy numbers saved in it!

The last time I was getting calls, it was a company telling me they could get me lower rates on my credit cards, I dont have any credit cards, or security on my home, I dont own my home. Not to mention I am on the no call list. This is crazy!
