Just got a call from this number.  I didn't pick up, but it was that same number.  He didn't leave a VM either.  Guess they haven't picked him up yet.

Yes that is him he called me too, Kevin Gold, from the National Mortgage Help Center, i got news for him he is going to jail, i called the FTC !

He also goes by the name of Kevin Gold, did the same thing to me, i called the FTC and my local police

This guy is a complete and total JERK! His name is David Gold and he is a scam artist. He will try to scare you into thinking you are going to lose your home and that he can help you. Do Not Give him any personal info! Remember....most personal financial is public record so dont buy into his BS !!!

This Guy threaten us that if we did not give him free lead that he would put us on rip off report and he did. We are a reputable company and this guy is trying to black mail us for free leads. he also stated he would send someone it our office to kill everyone and shoot everyone in the face and called the person he spoke with racial slurs. He called about 30 times in 30 mins, he would not give hes name.

Reported to FBI not sure how many more people have to go thru this for the FBI to do something about it.  The guy is unstable and its guys like this are capable of anything.  I pray that they actually do something before he does.  How many times have we seen it that someone goes crazy and the FBI was alerted but didn't do anything.  For God sakes this guy is impersonating the FBI.  What else do they need?

recieved a call from this number glad i didn't pick up the phone, why they would be calling me since i don't even have a mortgage to begin with. will just put it under spam phone calls like all the other losers that call my number.

got the call about 3 hours ago. I did not answer, added to my "reject number - block call list", which is now full.

Just got a call from 312 834 9849 Telling me that I was behind in my morgage and there was a lien on my house and he could help.... First off I'm not behind and there is no lien on my house. I let him babble for awhile. then said I wasn't intrested in anything he had to say and hung up. Well right away I got a call back. I let it go to voicemail then listened to it. OMG he said he was faxing my local sheriff dept telling them that I was armed and that
I had plastic explosives on the property and that I wasn't going to get away from him. So I called the police right away and they told me not to worry that I should Google the number and see all the people he's tried to scam. I blocked the number and the police said they wouldn't send a swat team to my house even if he sends a fax which they doubt he will

So a guy named Benny "Ben" Nayer called and said he owns a company called "National Mortgage Help Center" with the phone number 1-312-834-9849  allegedly in Vegas, told me I was going to be evicted from my house if I didnt pay him to modify my mortgage. He stated that the fee would be half of a mortgage payment or aprox. $650. Then later in the conversation it went to $850. Most likely a SCAM so  If some one out there knows who and where this guy is please turn him in to the STATE PATROL.

i received a call from this same guy. he said his name was ben mayer. he told me that he could get my forclosed house back from me. he said he worked for national mortgage help center. i was stupid enough to believe him. he is taking peoples money then living it up supposedly in vegas. i called the mortgage company and they informed me that he was a criminal that he didnt even work for them. he also goes by other names. he is ripping off people, cursing, stealing, money laundering, theft, and saying that you better pitch a tent because your going to be homeless when the day before he said he had everything under control. at the same time he kept wanting more money. his number he called me from is 312-834-9849. he is definitely a low, sorry criminal. anyone that reads this and you have had this character steal money from you lets all ban together and see that he goes to the big house. i have already started with the authorities to get this guy.

I rec'd 3 calls from this person named Ben. He said he was from some MTG CO. He was very upset that I would not let him help me with my family's MTG. He called us low life's, Screaming at the top of his lungs " I will report you to the MTG co and I will call the cops ... and more unpleasant comments. If you rec a call from this person Ben Claiming to be in the MTG Business and he can work wonders. Please Report him !!!! This person would not take no for a answer. !!!!! Thanks Concern Citizen

you can get ready for more calls from his idiot. He called me a couple of weeks ago and left a voicemail message. After googling him and reading all of the blogs I didn't return his call. He called me yesterday nothing in voicemail message was professional, he used every nasty 4 or 5 letter word know to man and then proceeded to tell he would kill me and rape me.....Supposedly he is from Home Help Center...I blocked his number on my cell phone so he can't get through unless he calls from a different number. I probable will really make him mad when he finds out my cell phone is not accepting all calls from the number he is dailing from. I
Stay away from this guy.......and do us all a favor and report him to you local law enforcement agency. Death threats are illegal......

got a call from this guy on my cell phone, he didn't identify himself or his company, the caller id said the # was restricted. He left a voice mail message and said I needed to call his office at 312-834-9489 that it was regarding unpaid taxes and mortgage issues and said something about the state police being involved. #1 my mortgage is current, #2 my taxes are included in my mortgage payment and I certainly not going to return his phone call nor will I give him any money. I will take other's advice and call my local police department and report him. I got something for him if he is crazy enough to show up at my house....

I also received a call from this number.  I don't remember if he said what company he was with or what his name was.  He sent me a text message saying that he was going to call the sherrif and tell them I was squatting and had a gun.  Actually I received 13 texts from him.  Telling me I am a low life piece of scum.  'Die scum die' was one of the texts.  Another one said that I would be raped.  I contacted my attorney and she did some research and found out that he is a scam artist and possibly once worked for a collection company or loan modification company.  Because he did threaten me, I am filing a police report.  This guys is in Chicago, IL supposedly.  If anyone knows his name, I would appreciate you sending it to me via replying to this comment.

This  guy called harrassing me for not doing business with his company and then began to text racial   messages and threats to me.

he called here out of the blue and said he could help us with mortgage. we went  and did what he told us to so he could help us when we found out it didnt work. he started to call us alo to herass us. and threaten us.

Man said that we were going to be evicted from our home and told my husband he would smack him in the face.

I got a phone call from this guy saying that he was calling on behalf on XXXX mortgage company and that according to his records that I am in jeapordy of loosing my home. The stange thing is that XXXX mortgage company is my actual mortgage company. He called at 11 pm at night. I told him that I will call my mortgage company in the morning. He then called me back 5 more times, finally leaving me a long message that I am a fxxxen w***e and that he hopes that I get shot in the head and raped. The message was about 3 minutes long. I called the police and they wrote up a report but basically said there was nothing that they could do. I don't know how much information this guy actually has on me or if it was just a coincidence that my mortgage company was the same. I've been terrified that he knows where I live and would hurt me or my family. He keeps calling back from 312-834-9849. I don't answer. He know leaves messages that he's calling from XXXX legal department. What an AXXhole!
