I received a call and given the same old bull about I owed $984.65 and if I didn't pay up I would be placed in jail and owe over $5000.00.  Here is the most important part I was told to call Carl Cooper in Los Angeles Court.  I told him I would get back to him after talking to my attorney. I will tell them if they call back I have a receipt and I would like to be taken to court so I can sue since I have a receipt, I also would be able to get everyone name and address.

A guy who called himself Dan Spueerp or Spubert called my cell number saying I owe money and threaten to call my job and get me fired.  I left work and he called my job.  I don't owed no money and can not lose my job .  But I need to know how can I FOUND OUT WHO THIS IS AND HOW HE GOT MY WORK NUMBER> BECAUSE WHEN HE FIRST CALLED MY CELL HE SAID HE WAS A FEDERAL AGENT THAN WHEN HE CALLED ME BACk he Said that he was an attonery. i need to know what or who can i call to get help please. someone tell me.

I received a call from this number.  Person was hard to understand but said criminal charges have been filed against me and I need to call back the same number to get the info.  He was not able to tell me anything about the charges.  He had a very strong accent which made it hard to understand him and it was not a very good connection.  He later called me again and told me that warrant for my arrest is being issued.  Sounds like a scam.

I just recieved a call from this number threatening me to call Carl Cooper because I am being sued. I had a hard time understanding the guy i was talking to, he asked me to call ASAP as well. Gave no details about who was sueing me, in what location, he said he has all the court documents with him (but i have not been summoned to court). I asked why did i not receive a mail notice or any other phone calls telling me that i may be sued, he was surprised i did not know, as if i should.
about three weeks ago from today, i applied for a payday loan, but i did not take it. (In fact dont ever take those, they are all a scam). I cancelled my application. I received several phone calls saying I am approved for $1000 but i declined them all asking them not to call me ever again. Now this. Does anybody know where we can report this occurance? sounds a lot like a fraud to me.

I received a call from this number and the guy said his name was Carl Cooper an attorney from the US supreme court in Chicago IL. He said that i owed money to a check advance place and when I tried to verify his information he said that he would send the police with a warrant to my house and take me to Chicago and then I would be able to verify who he is in court. He also said he would contact my employer and have me fired and black listed from ever finding a job again. Does anyone know if this is real or what. I have a family and this is not funny. I am behind on a payday loan but this doesn't sound like the right way to contact someone.

i recieved a voicemail from this number saying that if i did not call back asap, the only thing that they could do is wish me luck as the matter unfolded on me.

I got a threatening voicemail from this number said if I don't call back ASAP they are going to take action
