I actually called it back I dialed *67312-878-5699 (*69 blocks your number so the recipient cannot see your number.)

When it picked up it said "welcome, you have reached the desolution( or something) removal line what number would you like removed?" so I put their number in it LOL. Not sure why they are calling me or how they got my number.

I originally thought it may have been one of my friends or relatives in Illinois. I'm sooo glad I haven't bothered to answer. I just wish there was a way I could send a blast of noise back to them.

Yes they call, then wont leave a message and refuse to leave a name, and Hang up. Rude and Incompetant.

312-878-5699 & 312-878-5698 are two numbers who keep calling and not leaving any message on my cell phone. Wish they'd stop wasting my minutes!  When I pick up on such calls, they always don't listen to me when I tell them to take my number off of their calling list.

This number has called 4 times in 2 days on my husband's cell.......nobody is there when you answer and they leave no message.......It is very annoying to say the least.

Yeah, its a company that wants to "help" out with debt... even though I don't have any problem paying my bills on time. I told them that i wasn't interested, yet they keep calling.
