I got a call from this number last night. Reverse lookup says it's a Chicago number. I live in Canada. Is there anyway to stop them? They woke me up....

I. just got another call about this debt reduction service. Of course,I did not respond .AS this is the most frequently call,I do not understand why their calls continue. I guess there must be people that do respond.To conclude, if no one would respond would they give up? However, I give up and just enjoy the fact that this company is a poor excuse of human behavior.Cheers.

Called on my cell about 10 minutes ago, no messages... really don't want this crap to start up on the cell, already spend too much time plugging these nuisance calls into the blocking service on my home phone... ugh... now I need to find out how it works w/Verizon...

just got called, decided to pick up to tell them to never call again and take me off their calling list.
they pretend to have access to your credit card info and say they can help you get out of debt.
I pretended they were calling me for a pre-approved credit card and that they would buy my scrap gold in exchange for approving my bad credit rating. they hung up on me.

Possibly a credit card scam (or whatever - does it really matter what the scam is?). They are busy little vermin today - must need to increase the number of lives they ruin after taking the long weekend off. I think the number is spoofed - got this call and a short time ago one from area code 856. If you block the number, they just route the call from another line and get past the block. Like we are all so stupid, eh? We won't pick up a scam call from one area code but are happy to oblige if it comes from somewhere else. The low-lifes who set up the scam must only hire cretins for this job. Who else would do the job?
And, P.S. why doesn't this site have some other option besides telemarketer - that title is too good for the type of people who plan on scamming people. How about adding 'scud-scam' in the pull-down list?

I think the number is spoofed - got a call a while ago and checked it out (didn't answer of course and blocked the number) - that number was 856-295-5696. And now have this one. Similar approach taken by both sets of callers. What!!! they have to make up for taking the long weekend off?

I'll block this one two but I think they have a program that just routes the call to another spoofed number. Do they think we're all demented?

Called me an hour ago, but as I'm deaf with my headphones on, I didn't even notice until now.

Calling me at work - don't recognize the number, so I didn't answer -

this is the 4th time in the past month I did report this to the R.C.M.P. (Canada)and he said that they just do random area codes in hope that we will give them our visa /mc #'s etc. Today  I questioned them as to the name of there business and she gave me Debt Recovery..then I asked for their business number and she said it is obvious that I do not want to use their service and hung up. BEWARE they are using other numbers as well. I delieted these after reporting them to the police.

Got a call from this number a minute ago. Chicago area code apparently... I know NO ONE in chicago,. I called back and got an answering recording telling me it was WCA subscriber services and they were entering me to win monthly and quarterly monetary prizes, and I could get a $100 walmart gift card for reviewing a weight loss service. I hung up at this point, sounds like spam/scam. I just wish I could unsubscribe. The message said my number had been entered into their system back in November-not sure how.

Its not suspicous they call Canada  They just auto dial all over
They dont care if you live on Mars as long as they can get info out of you.
I never answer as I have call display,  They called me this afternoon and I was on another
call but I have a service where they calling number shows up on my tv so I just let it beep.

Telephone rang with this 312 number. As the number was not recognized, I did not answer. No message left and no call back. Just another nuisance ring.

called me twice and woke me up since i am working the night shift, annoyed me even more when they dont answer you when you pick up......

called twice ..i work nights and it work me up each time..very very annoying when they dont answer you....

Just got a call from this number about 10 minutes ago.  This is the second time they have called.  I don't answer my phone to these types of calls.  The didn't leave a message with voice mail either.  I am also on the DONOTCALL list

they keep calling despite complaints to both them and CRTC....ack

oh, it was from Illinois so mebbe they know Obama,, just kidding. but IF there is American legislation why are they calling Canadians?

called and said it was CCS a way to reduce credit card debt to 0, under ,new, legislation.

anyway they wanted me to press # 1 for agent or #3 to decline.. THERE IS NO WAY I WILL PRESS A NUMBER AND HAVE MY PHONE HIJACKED FOR LONG DISTANCE CALLS!
I hunk up and pressed * 60 my Telus feature that BLOCKS such calls.

Called really early this morning. Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. No message was left...so obnoxious, especially since it was on my cell...

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER NOT EVEN 30 MINUTES AGO,BUT DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER, THERFORE DID NOT ANSWER,AND THET DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. DID NOT TRY TO CALL BACK, BUT I HAVE A FEELING THAT THEY WILL CALL AGAIN, THEN I WILL ANSWER AND THEY ARE IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING!!!!!!! I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THIS HAPPENS AND WHAT THE OUTCOME IS.

they call all day, everyday, and they never leave a message. These people deserved to be shot and pissed on. Frankly, they need to get a real job, and then get a life, so they can stop interuptingyhe lives of people who do have real jobs and a life. I hope this blurb annoys them even a little bit, as I intend to leave messages right back for them everyday just to bug them back. Maybe then they will back off the stupid IDIOTS.
