Just received the same call from Jessica Burke with Chris Tally's office today.  The number she gave was 312-519-6999.  Said she was referred to us and had heard good things about our company.  Didn't put the call through and glad I checked this site.

A person called "Jessica Burke" called my cell phone and immediately asked to speak to my former business partner and me by name - she even knew my partner's nickname. She said "they" had been referred to us by folks and heard so many nice things about our great work. And her owner "Ron Fernandez" from Chalmette wanted to meet with us about the possibility of new work. I immediately became suspicious when she was insisting on meeting with me on Monday at our offices after I kept telling her I am not available on Monday. I asked for more information about the company and she said "well that is why Ron will meet with you". I was able to tell her to call me again next Friday because this coming week I'm too busy to meet with anyone. Now after researching the phone number I know not to accept her call in the future. Beware of this type of call. If you are the owner of a small business it is hard to say no to the possibility of new work. But it sounds like these folks are running a scam.

I did call the number back and told her my boss was not interested in meeting with them. I also asked her take us off her call list. She said, 'You're not on a call list."

Said she was wanting to set up a meeting (with my boss) for Ron. They are a full-service developer who assists companies with finding business.

She asked if we did business outside of Texas. When asked to provide a website, she declined saying they have 8 divisions and once "Ron" knows are needs they will provide that info.

Just got a call from Gina Verona she said she was from Kim Burns Office same story development company heard a lot of good things about our company. Sounded fishy to me so I looked it up here.  She said she gave me her cell #  my guess is it is a land line.  Thanks for posting your responses saved me from passing this on to the owner.

Call from a man named Dennis Dwyer, again from Kent Rampton's office. Asked for the CEO and President by name. Hung up when I told him we received a call from their office last week.

Call from a woman named Jo Taylor, from Kent Rampton's office, SMS.  She asked to speak with our CEO, and/or President, and asked for both of them by name.  

She said they work with a lot of architects, and was not caling regarding any project in particular.

I have received calls from Kent Rampton's office before.

Says her name is Terry Wells calling from the office of David Haarsager.

She said this was a cell phone and call back anytime. Acted like old friend.

Received a call from Diana Daily at this number, pretending to be a customer.  Rude doesn't even begin to explain her attitude.  FYI, if you really were a customer, we'd probably let you go anyway.

This is not the usual report on this site. I received a call from Dianna asking for my husband/partner - and I was skeptical and looked up this site. I would not have called her back. But she called my husband on his cell phone (the number is on our business cards) and he set an appointment with her associate.As a result, we engaged her company, ABS - and to my surprise - they did just what they said they would do - they did it well - and we saved tax money and have systems in place for tracking our profits that we never had before.  I was a skeptic, too - but sometimes you just have to have faith in people. I have relied on this site for a long time, so I'm sharing this with my fellow skeptics and googlers....

We received a phone call this afternoon from a Dianna Daily with ABS.  She said that several people referred her to us and that she was with a Development company and wanted to come in and meet with one of the owners, who she called by name, to talk about a new project they were starting.  She also said that she was calling from Holly Campbell?s office. I fell for her BS and set a tentative appointment for 2:00 tomorrow.  After I searched her name and phone number (312) 519-6999 I realized that this is a huge money scam where people come into your office and try to get money out of you.  Based on all of the postings I saw online about these people calling every day and constantly sending people in to try and meet with you, I decided to call the Austin Police Dept and file a Police Report. If you are in Austin and you recieve this call, please call and make a police report.  The number to call is (512) 974-5000.

Is any one her in Texas? I am going to call the police right now and report this call.

I just received this phone call. She said her name was Diana Daily. Said she was calling from Holly Camps office and she was with ABS. After reading these posts I see now that she was full of BS. I got the same story" I was refered by several people... we are with a development company.... yadayada." The number she gave me was 312-519-6999 and when I just called back the voicemail was full.

Received a call from 312-519-6999 from "Diana Darey"... maybe she said Daley like the above calls. It was really hard to understand her. Sounded like she had a mouth full of marbles. She said she was calling from Steve Dial's office and had heard good things about our company. I asked her if she needed an Estimate... she said she needed to talk to our owner before she could make that determination. She said she was referred to us by someone and heard good things about our company... same as above. You'd think they'd get a new script after a while! I asked who referred her and she said that was something she would talk to the owner about. She left the number above and asked if he could call her back. Thank goodness for these websites. It's nice to outsmart the telemarketers/con artists/scammers who think they are pulling one over on people.

I received a call from this diana daily saying she was from man's office. (I can;t remember the name she used then)  Same old thing.  We were referred to them but she would not tell me by whom.  Then asked to speak with the President.  Claims she "is not selling anything and we do not owe her any money".  This was a couple months ago.  She called back a few days later saying "Paul" was expecting her call.  I played dumb and asked his last name (as it is difficult to pronounce.).  She did get nasty when I corrected her.  But insisted she speak with him.  I informed her that "Paul, who also happens to be my father would not be speaking with her or returning her calls!"  

Today she tried again claiming to be from a John Sole's office.

Just got a call from Diana Daily.  She wanted to talk to the owner and use his first name several times.  She said she knew a lot of good things about our company and they wanted to talk over some possibilities.  The call back number she left was (312) 519-6999. She left the message on my voice mail, I did not call her back, she spoke very fast. Thanks for this information.

Yeah, so GPS is the same as ABS is the same as ITA, and IPA. All scams, thieves, and b*****ds. I just received a call from Diana Daily with GPS.  She wanted to talk to "Len".  It sounded fishy, and I told her he was not available.  Then she said, "But is he was there?".   After I told her he was with someone, and she said she really needed to talk to him and that she had "heard a lot of good things about our company" and they wanted to "throw some business our way".  The call back number she left was (312) 909-3358.

Just received the same call from Terri Wells but I thought she said she was with John Amos office.  She asked me to have our president or owner give her a call at 312-909-3358.  Said that someone referred our business to them and she has heard a lot of nice things. She talked fast and hung up quickly when I told her the president was not in.  I'm glad I found this before passing along the message.  Be careful!

We received the same call today from Terry Wells. She was VERY rude on the phone because the owner had not returned her phone call from last week. The number she gave was 312.519.6999, she also mentioned something about having a sales lead for us (resource for the industry) and that she would like to set up an appointment for John Anast to come meet with the owner.

You really should have called the police.  Seriously.

Terri left a message for the president yesterday.  When I tried to call her back, her voice mail was full.

Then this afternnon Kent Rampton showed up at my office claiming he had a meeting with our president.  I knew this was not possible since the president was not even in today.  I asked him when he spoke with the president and he said he did not, that Terri did.  Which was a lie!!  She did not speak with him.

Just received a call from Terri Wells from Kent Framptons office. She said she was following up on a voice mail she left this past Friday for the president of the company.  However, I check all his voice mails and she did not leave one. She was very abrupt and made it sound like we should be honored that she (they) called us.  The return number she provided me is 312.519.6999.
This site just saved me some time as I really wondered If I had missed a voice mail.

I look up all unfamiliar calls before I return them, ever since I found this site. Most people compain - thought it would be nice to come back with a compliment when it's warranted. Sorry you've become so skeptical. Take time to smell the roses - then thank the gardener for having them there. Life can be more fun

Sure "mikki" let's all think out of the box.  You have to think WAAAY out of the box to understand why somebody who is a "satisfied customer" decides to look up their number on this site all of a sudden, then post what a wonderful company they are.

Funny, because this is exactly the kind of things the scammers who run these operations do when they think this site is cutting into their profits. Now you wouldn't be doing THAT would you?

I was skeptical when Teri called for my partner - but we did call back and it turns out she brought some really beneficial info to our company; also facilitated new business from a source we never knew before. In this economy, why not think outside the box.

Yep, got a call from Teri Wells from Curt Elliots office, demanding to get the VP cell phone number, didn't answer my questions very well and just kept replying that she was from a developing company and wanted to give us some work... glad that I googled the number before wasting my bosses time in returning solicited calls...
