Just got a call from this number which said "Name Unavailable" and they left no message

I have two phone lines in my home.One phone line was called by 1-313-000-1515,that is our internet line.There was dead silence on the line.I hung up the phone.A few minutes later,we received a second call from 1-313-000-1515 on our family phone.The automated message from 'account services',offered a lower rate on credit cards and asked to press 9 to speak with an agent.I pressed 9 and demanded to be taken off the call list. The agent said his group was immune from the no call rule.He hung up on me.

I'll join you in filling a complaint.

Didn't answer and no message left.

Like mshayne, I pressed for details, like "who do you work for?" and "which of my cards are high interest?" and "where did you get my name?".

Eventually, the guy hung up.

There's nothing more satisfying that having a telemarketer hang up on you!!

Scam

Same as the other post.  Automated message said "This is credit card services.  There is not a problem with your accounts, but this is a special opportunity to lower your card's interest rate.  Push 9 to speak with an account advisor."  So, with all the new stuff happening under Obamessiah, I pushed 9.  A guy identified me by name, which was weird, and said he had my profile in his database.  I asked him some questions about how his program worked, and then he asked me which card had the highest interest rate.  I said he must already have that information, since they called me.  He asked me for my card number, and I told him I would need to identify who was calling before I could do that.  He tried to persist in getting information, and eventually hung up.  I called the sheriff's office and am filing a fraud report.

Don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Decided to look up and see what was going on with this funny number. Glad I didn't answer

This must be a bogus Michigan phone. Tried to call back from caller ID and will not dial the number. Third call on caller ID????
